Good breakfast large size, no specialty coffees. They charged us $2.49 for because we split they need to offer smaller plates for seniors. Service was good place was clean desserts looked really good. Plenty of parking right off of US one.

Solid 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The SPOT Café is a great place for comfort food! They offer a really good selection for both breakfast and lunch. It’s always busy, which says a lot about the quality. Prices are affordable, and the food is consistently fresh and satisfying. Definitely recommend it for a quick, casual stop.

First time at this location, and it was good, but there is some room for improvement. The food was the highlight of my visit; it was good, but the pancakes I ordered were disappointing. The service was great during my visit. The atmosphere was relaxing, with an old-time diner feel. Overall good experience I may be back for more.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and it was exactly what I expected… excellent. Upon arrival, the restaurant was fairly busy. Even so, the floors were clean, the tables all wiped and from what I could tell, all patrons were taken care of and not waiting for anything. The service was impeccable. Quick, efficient and friendly. The order was delivered faster than expected and cooked perfectly. My wife, 3 of our kids and I were extremely impressed with the entire experience. The owner, Dave, was even walking around and greeting guests and filling coffee. 5/5. Highly recommended for a real southern/ American breakfast! We will absolutely be back

We’ve passed by several times and finally decided to stop in for a visit. When you arrive, you can seat yourself which was convenient. I ordered the pork chop and eggs special, but was disappointed when the food arrived. The pork chop was surprisingly small, more like a kid’s portion. Honestly, I was surprised they served it that way.

Also, with the constant in-and-out traffic, a few flies made their way inside and unfortunately, a couple tried to join us at our table.

Cute spot with hometown feel. Food was disappointing though. Gravy was straight out of a can, sausage was like the precooked kind from McDonald’s and the bacon tasted old. For the price this is unacceptable. There are too many other places offering higher quality food for similar prices nearby. Shame they cut corners on the simple things because the service and atmosphere is top notch.

Staff was not super friendly, but the food was great! The fruit cup I got was very freshly cut. The coconut crusted waffles were huge and delicious. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be limited so be prepared. Prices are very reasonable. A great brunch location!!

We went with a party of 6 for breakfast. Parking is a hassle but the food is great and reasonably priced. I got Peanut Butter, banana and chocolate drizzled French toast. My sister got the a meat lovers skill and we split it. We couldn’t finish all of it. Everyone else loved their food except my brother who’s egg white omelet was basically served on a plate of cooking oil. Manager didn’t check on us but automatically took it off the bill since there were 2 bites taken out of it. All in all very good.

If you’re looking for one of the best diners in Saint Augustine, go to The Spot. It’s everything you’d want from a classic diner experience: great service, delicious food, and cozy decor.

I ordered the breakfast burrito with a side of grits, while my wife ordered Nutella stuffed French toast. My burrito was loaded with scrambled eggs, cheese, ham (you can also opt for bacon or sausage), peppers, onions, and jalapenos. Our server brought me sides of fire roasted salsa and sour cream, which complimented it perfectly. The grits were exactly what you’d expect, tasty and not too salty.

My wife’s French toast was equally tasty, not overly sweet, but still decadent.

Our server was great, she kept my coffee filled, and made sure we were not needing anything else.

We’ll absolutely go back the next time we’re in town, my only issue is deciding on either getting the same thing, or ordering one of the many other items on the menu that piqued my interest.

The food were ok. I know the gravy isn’t homemade because its taste just like from out of the bag, I used work in Holiday Inn as breakfast attendant. Same taste that I remembered. The pancake my hubby ordered, please put more strawberries on it. The best things out of this was home fries.
