The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. However, I felt a bit overpriced. We had the lobster bisque soup to start and delicious bread with garlic butter which was extra. Most restaurants should offer complimentary bread or buns to start. My friend and I shared the surf and turf Tower which was $100 and it came with a small starter salad, a delicious 32oz ribeye steak, and a very small lobster tail enough for a bite each which was disappointing. But the scallops and shrimp were tasty. Everything was cooked to perfection. My friend had the most interesting and delicious tasting cherry-flavored beer. The service was good and the food was good, I just can’t justify the price of $150 before tip. The Seafood Tower said it also came with vegetables but there were no vegetables other than some smashed potatoes. If they had thrown in complimentary bread to start, a larger Lobster tail, and included veggies with the surf and turf platter I think the price could have been justified.

Outdoor seating, staff is amazing. Food is average. Price isn’t that bad either.

I would not eat here again. Slow service ( could be staffing issue ) $15 for 5 tiny GREASY lobster rangoons. They were the size of a pizza roll. It was my birthday and that was the worst place I could’ve gone. Lobster roll is $25 and it’s not even a real lobster roll. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Outdoor seating in summer was great. The price fits my expectations for touristy town, total $95 for two people, each had one mains and two beers. While we were seated immediately, food and drink took a long time to come out.

I tried the beer battered fried fish, and it was delicious. However, the side, fingerling potatoes, seemed undercooked and had apple-like crunchiness my friend ordered lobster ravioli, and he throughly enjoyed the dish.

Welcoming and good service. The cocktails were nice. The salmon on this night was good but overcooked slightly I would try it again with our friends who brought us there.

I was sorely disappointed. We stopped for lunch since we were walking around the shops and thought it would be a good place for lunch. That was a wrong decision. 4 waitresses, 9 tables, and 2 kitchen people, you think they were beyond staffed and would be set, correct? Wrong. Hour and a half for sandwiches and wraps and chicken fingers for the little one. Drinks never refilled. We watched a table arrive after we did and be served and gone, then set up with another family, just to have their food served at the same time as ours. My maid of honors wrap wasn’t even right, but we didn’t even bother returning it because we weren’t waiting another hour and a half for food.

I have successfully served a full dining room with 2 8 person tables and 14 4 person tables by myself with 2 in the kitchen, and the other waitress serving the bar and booths out front of the restaurant on 4th of July weekend. I don’t want to hear the words “short staffed” from that restaurant again. You don’t KNOW what short staffed is. 2 in the kitchen is fully staffed, especially for 9 4 person tables.

We won’t be returning. Poor management and just a domino effect.

We went to Alex Bay for vacation this year. While we were there, we ate at the Spot twice (lunch on one day and dinner on another day.). We had great meals both times. Service was always bright and friendly. Food was excellent. We’ll be back.

The best grilled 14 Oz prime rib I have ever had. Cooked perfectly medium rare and seasoned so well. Waitress was wonderful. Interesting menu

Was there August 10. Pretty patio, clams terrible…food average. Plenty of wait staff that complained alot. Hostess could not seat people by name for a wait list. Kept saying she had no idea of how long it would take. Only one cook apparently. Too bad nice location. Go somewhere else.
