Still fuming over the worst and most humiliating service experience of my life, two years later. I’m a nurse so I understand the good, the bad, and the ugly of being on the other end of serving others. But, I’ve never actually been so humiliated by restaurant before. Especially in a circumstance where we did absolutely nothing wrong but try to enjoy our time. The owner said he’d make it right which never happened but that’s not the biggest deal. However, the issue was two years ago and I’m still so very angry and sad with this place.

Tonight was my first time at The Sportsbook. I’ve been to different establishments around town and the service here was by far the best I’ve experienced. Jordan was attentive, personable and professional. Jordan should be behind the bar utilizing her obvious skills. Thanks for the excellent service and we will be back.

Waited 15 min for service then they jumped on a group of 4 and another group of 7 who came in after me. Group of seven left, and I was still waiting 25 min later.

Sean our waiter was super friendly and helpful. He checked on us constantly and refilled drinks quickly. His suggestion on the menu was awesome. He’s the reason I’ve been back several times.

Great place to watch games, have a beverage, and some tasty treats also. I had the shrimp tacos, and the chips/queso. Both were mighty tasty. Our server could have been a little better with drink service, but she was good overall. I had asked for a water after my first round of drinks, and had to remind her after 20 minutes that I had asked for a water. Round 2 of drinks came before I got my water. That was my only issue. Ergo, 4 out of 5. Good job.

Rob M. Who just posted a negative review is an absolute clown and an impatient ****. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST Sports bar in the South Denver area if not one of the best in the entire State!!! The staff is always quick and responsive, food is incredible, and management ALWAYS quick to change TV’s and audio!! Don’t let Rob M. deter you from visiting this incredible sports bar!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Worst customer service on multiple occasions. Dan the manager is clearly very incompetent at his job. He will go out of his way to point out things very irrelevant such as telling my 9 year old daughter that she can’t eat a snack she had before ordering off the menu. Dan it’s obvious that you don’t have kids or any compassion. Sad considering you manage this type of establishment. If ownership wishes to promote this type of behavior then they have hired you for the right reason which is to be disrespectful to families on multiple occasions that we have experienced here. After talking to Dan about my experience, pointing out the bad impression he left on us again!!! Dan did apologize after pointing out the fact on how many different occasions that I have seen multiple servers over serve guests! What is more important to the Sports Book? Telling a 9 year old you cant’ have your snack before ordering or over serving multiple guests that can potentially leave drunk and kill innocent people! Wish you the best but i will never return here or recommend anyone!
