Reviews
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt energized and welcoming, but what truly elevated the entire experience was the exceptional service provided by Ashley, our bartender/server, and the Restaurant & Bar Manager.
Ashley delivered the kind of hospitality you rarely find anymore—attentive without hovering, warm without being over-the-top, and wonderfully efficient even as the bar buzzed with activity. She anticipated needs before we voiced them, kept drinks perfectly timed, and had that genuine, easygoing personality that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. She made the most amazing Lemon Drop that I have ever drank!!!!
The Manager(Gary) added another layer of excellence. You could see their leadership in the smooth flow of the room, the upbeat staff, and the way they personally checked in to be sure everything was perfect. It’s clear this is a team that truly cares about the guest experience.
Together, Ashley and the Manager transformed a simple visit to a sports bar into something memorable. Top-tier service, great energy, and a team that shines. Highly recommend!!!
Will definitely be back!!!!
Wow, this might be the worst experience I have had in 45 years.
I do not recommend this place unless you eat there and can send it back if this is what you get.
The menu is not very extensive, but everything that we tried was very good. They have several beers on tap, in bottles, and in cans plus a full bar.
Our service was on point and our food was served hot and fresh. Eat, Bet, Win is their motto. You can bet on the sports as you watch, and also play blackjack right there on the spot. Definitely Recommended
There were four of us in our party, and we were sat at a table pretty quickly. Our waitress (Akima – I believe) came and took our drink order, and when she came back with drinks, we ordered our food. I ordered an appetizer for the table also, as we were very hungry. She left to put the food order in.
After about 20 mins of waiting for our appetizer, we began looking around for our waitress. She was nowhere to be found. We asked another waitress if she could give an estimate on how long it takes for chips/salsa/Queso to come out, and she said the cook was backed up. There was not many people in the restaurant at this time, but okay. I told the other waitress that if it came out with our meal, I didn’t want it – there was no point. She said she would go and check on it. After about another 5 minutes, Akima brought out our chips. You could tell that it had been sitting there a while, because the top of the cheese had a film over the top (like it was hardening). She then went back into the kitchen. After another 15 minutes or so, a waiter or kitchen staff brought our food out. She finally came out and my husband waved her over to ask for a refill on drinks. She brought our drinks and we started eating our meal. She eventually brought out the checks, and walked away again. After we were done eating, we looked for her to pay the check. We sat there for about 15 minutes looking for her. Finally my husband got up and went to the cashier to pay the bill. The cashier told him we were supposed to pay at the table with our waitress. My husband told him she was nowhere to be found. The other gentleman in our party waited at the table; the cashier had to go and find Akima, and after a few minutes she came out to collect payment from him.
There was a couple at the table next to us when we were seated who waited 20 minutes to pay their tab also. They were close to leaving when she finally came out to collect their payment also.
The food was amazing…hot and delicious, perfectly cooked……. I would recommend it at any time! BUT, the service was horrible; Akima took our order, disappeared until other servers or cashiers went to find her, and then didn’t seem all that happy to be there…. I get it, it’s work; but if you don’t want to work there, QUIT.
