Anna the manager was refusing to take a to-go order based on the place being too busy but as you can see it was not busy at all. But the worst part was when I got my food and it was obvious something was done to it I’ve ordered these numerous times and the first problem was there was literally half of the amount of chicken tenders they normally give you and they were all chopped up with a knife and honestly tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a week I will never eat at this place again and I recommend you don’t either unless you want to get sick or deal with some unprofessional management

Waited over 10 minutes after being seated. Had to grab a manager myself to get service. Food was good. Server NEVER came back to the table until I grabbed ANOTHER manager to get the bill. Server WALKED AWAY in mid sentence and LAUGHED in our face when called out for horrible service. Manager just stood there not doing a thing, letting her be extremely disrespectful! I have NEVER been so disrespected in a restaurant in my life. Yet I STILL paid for my bill! I wish i.would have looked at the reviews before I went in there. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! She is OBVIOUSLY not cut out to be a server at all!

Waited for an hour for table of one to get a burger. Saw the bartender walk past me a dozen times, she came back and said my food was next. Bartender said “there is nothing I could do*, to me. Soon after brought me the the bill and then went and checked on my food. Said 2 more minutes. I waited another 10 and it still wasn’t out. They were not busy and I saw a ton of food coming out of the kitchen for people that ordered after me. I didn’t wait any longer and just walked out. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I created this place on google Maps so I could review it as it was not added yet. Nice new restaurant located inside Hollywood casino toledo that opened on March 10th, 2023. We ordered 4 hand-held sandwhich/ burgers. All were cooked as ordered and were to our surprise delicious. Service was prompt and courteous. UPDATE: The coney chili dogs do not have chili anymore. They are using taco meat so they can save money ? It’s nasty and takes my original rating of 5 stars to 2 stars for falsely advertising chili dogs and serving taco meat on them. They were good with the chili, not so much with the taco meat. Management has made a big mistake by making this change or worse, letting a line cook make menu decisions. Either way, it’s a terrible decision. We will eat at the cafe just outside the barstool in the future. Definitely heading downhill, management don’t even respond to their reviews… time to change the guards !! Don’t sit at the bar…the bar tenders are rude and extremely slow.

Ordered the detroit coney dogs. The chili sauce as advertised is, in fact, a taco meat mixed with sauce. It tastes terrible….Apparently, the managers allow a line cook to make menu change decisions. They could at least correctly advertise this as it’s clearly not chili dogs. It’s the same meat they use on the Nachos and related items.

Wait time was 45mins. We sat at the table for 20mins another waitress brought us water and took our drink order. We didn’t see our waitress for another 10-15mins. Jodi E.. was rude and nasty. She acted like we’re bothering her. Threw her tip back at us. Never going back. And I go to the casino 2-3X a week. NOT!!!!!!!

I went for the first time yesterday and will never go back. They have a taco Tuesday buffet. They had a 45 minute wait and I had to wait the literal 45 minutes before getting sat which should have been a sign from the beginning because all I needed was a table for 1. Sat and waited about 5/7 minutes for the server to approach me, she said oh if your here for the buffet you can go up whenever you want (obviously) but I was waiting so I could order a drink which she didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything, didn’t state her name, welcome to the restaurant nothing. I just told her what I wanted to drink. Made my plate and waited another 5/7 minutes to get her attention so she could bring me silverware and napkins which should have been brought over when she brought the drink. Granted it was busy but if you’re attentive and polite that will get you a long way.The food was disgusting and cold. The rice was burnt and undercooked like how is that even possible. My waitress never came back to check on me. I left my money on the table and walked out. Which I never do, I’m not a rude person, I usually tip 20% plus I know a lot of them live off of tips but I refused to waste anymore money. Never again will I visit this establishment.

First time at the casino, and I decided to try this place. Lots of television, so you don’t miss a game. Service was prompt. Food was someone typical but tasted good. Prices did not seem too bad.

Excellent. The service was very good and attentive. The wings are .50 cents on Tues and Thurs. The Nashville hot wings are just right. The Ceasars salad was fresh and a very large portion. I was full.
