Founded in 2022, The Spoon House began with a free-will donation model, and thanks to the incredible support of our local community, we’ve grown into a welcoming hometown diner built on gratitude, hard work, and comfort food.
We specialize in hearty, made-to-order meals including smoked brisket, mushroom Swiss burgers, Farmer Burgers, classic cheeseburgers, and other down-home favorites. We ordered a delicious Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Chef (should be called the Pit Master) brought us a sample of the brisket. I can smoke a really great brisket, but this one was freakin bad ass! We should have ordered the brisket sandwich.

Got the brisket sandwich, which was one of the specials. It was good. Macaroni salad was good too but was kind of a small portion for only getting 1 side. Would have liked to get 2 sides. Still there are not a lot of options to eat in this town and I was glad it was there and had good food.

Been wanting to get over there. Just took a Philly Cheesesteak to go. Even after sitting in a car for 15-20 minutes, it is still the best Philly I’ve had in Nebraska.

Stopped in for lunch and it was amazing! Philly cheese steak sandwich, Swiss mushroom burger very good. Great service definitely recommend going there!

My team came in for lunch as a rainstorm chased us in – wonderful food (brisket sandwich, cheesesteak, BBQ bacon burger) with freshly prepared fries. Yum!!! Ask for the pineapple upside down cake
