The experience started great with ample parking, and when our big group arrived, Jenna was fantastic—she helped us get situated at a table right away.
The happy hour specials are truly outstanding! They offer a delicious array of small dishes for only $8 (pierogi, sliders, meatballs, mac ‘n’ cheese with pulled pork, tacos, etc.) and impressive $6 drink specials (Lemon Drops, Margaritas, etc.).
A special thank you to Kasia for the incredibly delicious pierogi and kielbasa. Pyszne! The main menu is also full of amazing choices.
The decor is eclectic and fun—clean, colorful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot!

Always great food at the Bean. Stopped in for lunch, I had a bowl of their tomato bisque with grilled cheese croutons and roasted feta tomatoes, olives and naan. Wife had ox tail vegetable soup and carnitas tacos. Everything was amazing and I washed it down with a sweet heat jalapeno tequila coconut drink. Everything was great, we got there at 1130 on a Thursday and it was open seating 20 minutes later the place was slammed. Service was great she even asked the kitchen to make the feta for me because it was on a different non active menu, spot on service and very nice and friendly. Great experience

I took my college-age niece, and we both went out to lunch here for the first time at this locations . Each had one cocktail and we both ordered a cocktail from the cocktail menu and they were delicious. We also each ordered a separate entrée for lunch and we mentioned to our server that we were each going to try the others meal and they were kind enough to bring two extra plates so that we could divide the food. Not something we were expecting just a thoughtful touch. We really had a hard time choosing because everything sounded so good! It is an eclectic menu of ingredients, but not so eclectic that it’s something you haven’t had before or heard of just put together in a really interesting way. Actually, there were a few items on the menu as ingredients that I needed to ask the server what they were. Or perhaps I googled them. We both loved everything but we really loved the Asian chicken sandwich that we ordered. I can’t wait to go back and get it again! Fun eclectic large interior there is even a bar. I remember the spicy green deli when it used to be an old Wethersfeild years and years ago. This is definitely different than that. This is an upgrade to a true Restaurant and a lot more offerings. The menu is amazing! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

I held an MS Fundraiser here, and not only is the food outstanding, but Jenna and staff were attentive to their patrons, friendly, and just a great group of people. They work very well together, and their guest had all of their needs met without asking for anything.
Back to the food. I said it was outstanding! I had their crabcake sandwich, and it was delicious! It was a generous patty, and the toppings made it mouth-watering! Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous.

Wow! Spicy Green bean was such a hidden gem. We have never been as their hours are very strange (they close at 8PM on weeknights, no dinner on weekends…?) they offer an extensive happy hour which goes until close on Wednesdays/Thursdays. Everything is scratch made, from the pieorgis to the chicken cutlets. I was shocked by how fresh, flavorful and creative all of the food/drink was! I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Unfortunately, we will not be there often since the hours are all over the place. Hopefully they are able to expand their hours in the future and have more business because of it. One other note: make sure you order way before close. We ordered our food at 7:30PM and by 7:45PM felt like we had to rush to get out! All of the staff starts closing even with guests still enjoying their food.

I’ve been to the SGB for both brunch and for their monthly drag shows and everything about this place is fabulous! The food is delicious, service is always top-notch and the entertainment is great. It’s a safe haven for all individuals and promises a good time. I look forward to coming here often!

Very nice place and food. Reasonably priced. I had french toast, eggs and sausage. We ate outside very roomy. I still like restaurant that is still practicing the social distance between tables. The waitresses was very friendly and patient considering it was a busy time of the day brunch.

The coffee was good. coffee is good when you can drink it black.
The ladies that sat next to me were enjoying their food so much I had to take a picture of the Saturday chicken special they had.
Still a very busy place. I noticed a lot of people had finished eating and were just sitting socializing. Due to their size and busyness . I would suggest they have a 90 minute limit to stay.

The atmosphere and ambience is great, but unfortunately service was very slow. Ordered veg melt down omelette, avocado toast and one item from special. Seemed like they forgot our order and asked after 20 min and server immediately brought it but cold food.

I didn’t know it was against the law to sit at a first come first served table in the bar area that wasn’t cleaned yet. Bartender was extremely rude and could be heard swearing and dropping f bombs in reference to us sitting at the table. She then asked someone else to wait on us. It’s not that serious. You need to check yourself. We got up and walked out. Don’t bother going to this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.
