We are staying at Encore Camp ground and was looking for Southern buffet. This place is located in Bunnell just a few minute drive. I think 15 minuted. It doesn’t have a buffet but the menu to order us amazing. The food was plentiful. We could t eat it all. The cornbread is absolutely delicious. Our waitress Hope was very kind and knowledgeable. We decided to come back and try the breakfast. This place is well wirth the money and dine in experience. Very good eating. Very clean quiet environment. This will be one of our frequented eating places when here in Daytona.

My husband and I just enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Southern Table and like every other time we have eaten there, it didn’t disappoint! We were greeted by a very friendly and attentive waitress named Mariah. Her fabulous service made our meal extra enjoyable! After bringing our beverages she and another very nice young lady brought out warm cornbread as an appetizer. It was the best cornbread we’ve ever tasted! Our fish was grilled and seasoned to perfection and the sides we chose: steak fries, coleslaw and broccoli were also very tasty! The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere reminds us of eating at a friend’s house.
If you haven’t tried the Southern Table in Bunnell, Florida, or if you haven’t been there in a while, you are really missing out on some delicious southern food! Great job Mariah and the rest of the team at Southern Table!

We loved everything about our experience here.
The cornbread that comes out first, and included with your meal, is unbelievable! I am not usually a cornbread fan but this one is amazing, and they serve it warm with real butter.
Our food was generous portions for the price, we even had enough to take home for a second meal.
Service was quick and friendly and you can tell everyone enjoys working here.
The place is also very clean, you can see a part of the kitchen area and it was spotless.

Absolutely loved our experience at The Southern Table! As newcomers to the area, we felt right at home thanks to the super friendly servers. I enjoyed a delicious sausage and cheese omelet, while my husband thought the biscuits and sausage gravy was excellent. The corned beef hash was fried to crispy perfection! We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Exactly what anyone looks for in a local breakfast, lunch haunt. Plenty of room to park and eat. Take out too. Huge menu. “The Table” and the “Biscuits and Sausage Gravy” meal (w/eggs and more Sausage) were generous proportions, great flavor and big chunks of sausage in the gravy. Servers seem like they know everyone.

I LOVE this place. I hardly ever get to go because of my construction work schedule, but they just never miss here. My go-to comfort food spot. Prices are amazing, food is amazing, portions are amazing, service is amazing. Love everything about this place.

Very impressed! From the friendly, professional service to the freshly made home made soups and meals everything was fantastic. We started with salads and clam chowder. We are from New England and have had had our share of disappointing chowders, but definitely not here- I’ve never had chowder with so many clams! And it was not pasty/too thick but more of a creamy, buttery clam broth My husband had the surf and turf burger with fried okra and I had the country fried steak. Again, yum! Corn bread was a little dry but butter made it perfect. So glad we found this little southern gem and can’t wait to take the almost two hour drive to come back again to try the fried chicken.

For those who crave down home southern style cooking, this is the place for you. Prices are high, but the portion sizes are typical southern size, huge. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. There is outdoor seating and limited indoor seating, so you may have to wait to get inside. Service was lacking for refills or anything after you get food, but it may have been due to a decent size crowd that kept people busy turning tables for new patrons. They are happy to get what you need when you are able to get their attention. The potatoes lacked spices, but the rest of the meals were worth the trip. The Grits were served hot and fresh, not old and cold as many places neglect them to such condition. The gravy adds a lot to the omelets, but a small side is two and a half bucks, which is a bit much for a small bowl. If you have the money, I recommend trying the combination. Bathrooms are clean, as was the interior. They pay attention to small details such as soft butter, making the meal better (I hate trying to spread frozen butter cubes). If you are nearby and want a comfort breakfast, make the time to stop by and enjoy.
