Walked in as Nicole and Kasandra were cleaning up to close early due to it being a slow night. They insisted we stay and have a glass and also order the bread pudding my Gf was eyeing up. It tasted absolutely amazing and the wine we chose was great also. Definitely have to visit this place when yall are in town. We will definitely return. Way to go, awesome place.

Our experience at The Southern Cellar was amazing! The goat flatbread was delicious, and the Rosy Outlook flight was perfectly curated. The owner even made us a custom flight afterward, which was a really nice touch. The chef, who’s clearly very talented, offered us a sample of her s’mores dessert bar experiment. So good! Relaxed atmosphere, great service. We are definitely planning on coming back.

I LOVE this place! Some friends and I come here EVERY Wednesday! It’s such a good place to vibe and decompress right after work – also couldn’t hurt that the bottles are 20% off on wednesdays !!! We stopped in at this charming wine and charcuterie bar during an overnight stop. We enjoyed a couple of wine flights, the warm olives, prosciutto flatbread, and small board. Everything was delicious, and Nicole and Jacob provided great service! Acoustic music on Saturday night was a nice touch and not too loud. We enjoyed our conversation with the staff and owner. Stop in for drinks and light bites, you won’t be disappointed!

We visited in May 2022 when the wine bar just opened. We had the opportunity to share several menu items recommended by Kasandra, the owner and sommelier. Everything was SO good! The charcuterie board was plentiful and included a perfect blend of fresh fruits, unique cheeses, artisan meats, and more. Our group loved all the wine selections, especially the Malbec and Pinot Grigio. We even wrapped up the evening with homemade ice cream for dessert.
While none of us were working that evening, we were excited to see the place had wifi and an abundance of plugs for digital devices.
It’s always nice to see new small businesses opening to serve the community. The food, wine, and vibe are all exactly what’s needed in downtown Valdosta. Stay loyal to local and go support this woman-owned business.

This is one of our favorite places in Valdosta! The owner and servers are always kinds and helpful. They have a great selection and have really improved their food options. It is a great date night spot or place to catch up with friends. You won’t regret visiting.

Had a stellar time here the other night heading through Valdosta on my way back to Bham. The chocolate torte was delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It was quiet and cozy, and the young lady waiting on everyone was so sweet. It was conveniently located to where I was staying and the prices were about what you’d expect from a similar place in Bham. If I’m ever back that way, I’ll be sure to make a pit stop again.
