I ordered the potato soup and grilled turkey panini. The soup was not at all what I expected from the reviews I read, but my sandwich was tasty. I will be back to try a different kind of soup. The place was clean, however the employee were having conversations that needed to be had in the break room and not front counter. Nonetheless, I posted pictures to include with this review. Enjoy

The employees were nice but the food was not very good. The Ruben was dry with not a lot of meat on it and the kids sandwich was also dry with very limited toppings. The bacon potato soup was also very watery.

usually have a good experience but the last two haven’t been great. i was overcharged 4$ for my meal and now this was what i got to eat. add onion where ?? taste is great but the 4 peices of lettuce and one onion was a let down for sure

Food was really good. The macaroni and cheese was a little soupy but tasted ok. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was really good. They have a pickle/jalapeño/banana pepper bar so you can add however much you like, which is great for a pickle lover

This Saginaw location is amazing!! Awesome staff!! Tiffany the manager runs a tight ship and they get the job done, and everything always taste great!! I normally get the Turkey Swiss, so good!!! Food is always nice and hot! Very clean, nice and cozy! Leah, Alexis, Mary, Melanie, Alaine, and Aiden are the ones I usually have interaction with all so happy. Just don’t go… Expect to receive NOTHING right of what you ordered. Such a waste of $40 that cannot even at the least be made right because of the unfortunate disregard and rudeness of the staff but especially the manager Tiffany.
The owners are great people that I feel like must not know what’s happening.. so if you guys see this I suggest you check up at this location when they’re not expecting you and try the soup because YIKES

A wonderful place. Great food! Just a touch on the expensive side, but as the soups are all made in house I’m ok with paying for it. The chicken noodle soup is amazing!
Maybe it’s just me, but when someone calls my name and puts my meal on the counter, I like a “you’re welcome” in response to my “thank you very much!” Then again you get that more and more these days.

Awful. Soup was not good, I even went back and purchased a different soup and it was just as bad. The sandwich tasted good but there was hardly anything on it. Not impressed for 40 bucks. Won’t be back.
