I miss the jolly lady that was so friendly and kind! This us my go to place to buy soup for a sick friend (If I don’t have time to make it!) Store was empty, man with a cap on sitting in the back of store. No greeting when I entered. I looked at him “what can I get you?” Did Not wear gloves, no apron. Unfriendly and no thank you! I don’t mind paying for a decent meal but a ‘Thank You’ goes a long way with me!! I hope the Chicken Dumpling soup was delicious and not just broth! High prices and terrible service. Walked in at noon on a Saturday. Ordered half sandwich and soup. They had to warm up the soup in the microwave. The chicken wrap was soggy and premade. My husband got the ham sandwich and it was frozen. She said they couldn’t do warm sandwiches. They were out of napkins. For the price the sandwiches should be made to order and the soup should be warm.

I leave bad reviews in the hope it helps improve things. I got soup and a full sandwich today… both of which were far overpriced for the quality of food delivered. The $8 bowl of lentil soup was cooked well, but was completely tasteless… no salt and no other seasoning. I was able to eat the soup after adding salt and pepper. The $8 egg salad sandwich should have been listed as an onion sandwich with mayo… it was awful and after one bite it went immediately into the garbage.

Ordered a sandwich and soup for pick up.. didn’t have the stuff to make my sandwich but let me order it still. Only one person working so they knew they were out of the ingredients… I’m never one to complain, especially on staff because I worked food service for a while.. but it wasn’t busy. Got a 3 cheese melt instead… but they ALSO didn’t have one of the 3 cheeses…. Bread was soggy in butter and cheese wasn’t even melted. Tomato soup was good though, saved it from getting 1 star.

Ate here a bit ago and forgot to review. I got 2 quarts of soup, clam chowder, and chicken dumpling. Clam chowder was fishy and too salty, not worth the amount I paid for it. The dumpling soups was ok till I ate a dumpling and it was paste since it had cooked down and started disintegrating in the soup. The soup ended up almost like a cream soup when all the dumplings dissolved. I’m a huge soup guy, and won’t go back..

I walked in, there was no clerk. Someone was sitting in the way back, yelling at me if they can help me. Trying to talk to me from the back of the restaurant while sitting down. The soups looked like they were all left over and old. I wanted to like it, but come on. I just walked out.

Went there at 5:40 on a Wednesday and the doors were already closed while their hours say it closes at 6. An employee was still there and didn’t bother to acknowledge me or say the reason they were closed early but went on the back instead and completely ignored me even after making eye contact. Very rude and unprofessional. Never going back there.
