Salad bar chopped fresh every morning, we’ve made over 200 different homemade soups which are all made with the freshest produce, we offer hot panini sandwiches, fresh ground beef burgers, French dip & Reuben sandwiches, pasta dishes, custom wraps, giant loaded baked potatoes with butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheese and fresh chopped chives, and don’t forget you can ask for your favorite soup in one of our warm crispy bread bowls. Everything made from scratch with the freshest produce had picked every morning!

This was my first time there. I was very pleased. The food I ordered was very good. They have a fairly extensive menu. I had a panini and some chili, but the salad bar looked really good with lots of options for toppings. I’ll definitely be back to try some other menu items.

So far we’ve tried the chicken noodle soup, veggie beef, chowder, tomato bisque and several salads, the tuna melt, garlic chicken melt, and the carrot cake. Everything has that homemade, better than your mother’s, cooked with love rustic deliciousness.
The hours are limited so on your next luncheon head to the Soup and Salad shop… and make sure you get dessert!

The food we had was good. The new location is very nice. More vegetarian options are needed though. A Panini with cheese and grilled vegetables world be a great addition. The day we were there the one vegetarian soup option was out; all the other soups had meat.

The salad bar was fully stocked with lots of veggies and salad dressing options. The cheddar broccoli soup was wonderful! Even though the restaurant was packed, the staff was friendly and worked quickly to bring customers drinks and non salad bar food items.

Soup and Salad takes the crown for best french dip in my book. They have the best au jus i have ever tried, meat is super tender and you can tell it’s cooked in house. everything is always clean and tastes homemade and healthy.

Delicious food! Awesome variety of items on the salad bar (over 5o items to choose from!!!). Loved that there was spinach, kale and 2 different lettuce choices. Also loved that the sprinkles included sunflower seeds, pumpkins seeds, almonds, and a personal favorite of mine french-fried onions! The variety of salad dressings was a welcome surprise, as well ❤️ Super clean! Loaded Baked Potato soup was scrumptious! Bread bowl had the top buttered and toasted – YUM-MY! Water available with Lemon or Lime (love it) and very cute decor. I HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend Soup and/or Salad lovers try this place out. Well worth the visit and I be back again with friends!

I was in town for work and a bit of exploring. I really needed something ‘mom and pop’ casual for dinner that wasn’t another menu of fried everything. Wow, The Soup and Salad Shop was just what I needed. Very friendly staff and holy smokes that is some of the best meatloaf I’ve had in a long time! Good flavor, excellent texture, delicious. If I lived in Roseburg, I’d eat there every week. I think I’ll be back that way again and you know where I’ll be eating…..

I had an amazing tri-tip sandwich that was great. It was cooked to perfection and you can see the veggies that comes with it. You know, some places say they add tomatoes and it paper thin but not this place. The waitress was very nice and on top of checking if we needed anything. The place was looked amazing and it had an atmosphere of family with even a kid playroom. Go and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food will not disappoint. Also, the owner treat you like family, always making sure you have the best experience and your needs are meet. Thank you all.
