Took my grandma here not knowing anything about the place, but now I swear by the burgers. They get the crisp edges on the beef like if you’re grilling at home, one of the only restaurants I’ve seen pull that off. Pleasantly surprised that everything was made to order with a nice atmosphere.

We stopped on our way to a softball game, the staff was friendly and our food was delicious! My BLT and tots were really good. Others got burgers and fries, no complaints. Their cookies are huge and they have ice cream & shakes as well. They have a lot of variety on the menu and clean restrooms. I definitely recommend stopping in for a quick bite

I had high hopes. When you think soda fountain you think older vintage antiquish. It’s in a newer plaza with super cheesy decor. They have a great idea but it’s not executed well. We had a burger with a fried green tomato and pimento cheese and a fried chicken sandwich with hot honey and pimento cheese. First off almost everything is frozen and not fresh. The chicken “breast” sandwich was 2 frozen pre breaded tenders. The cheeseburger had zero seasoning. The ranch dressing and pimento cheese were good. But, $35 for something you could get at McDonalds for $15 isn’t worth it. Food is à la carte so you have to pay for sides. Frozen tenders are $13.95. Ludacris for pre made out of a bag. Maybe we are picky but if we are going to sit down and pay, we would like quality food. Also, for quality fresh food we are not afraid to pay a higher price. Service was great. Super sweet young lady. But food? I wouldn’t go back. And there is no “soda fountain,” there is a brand new coke machine “fountain.” Lol. To each their own but I say skip this place. Lotsa other places to eat in the area!

Staff is very nice. Place is very clean. Burgers are consistently great. The plain grilled chicken sandwich and the spicy are not good. I’ve tried both. The spicey is dipped in Texas Pete after cooking which does not cling and all rolls off before you eat it. The plain is so plain it does not even taste like it was salted. If they would cook the plain by placing blackening seasoning on both sides PRIOR to the griddle it would be light years better than either of the ones they serve.

One of my favorite places in White County. The chicken salad is AMAZING! The ranch dressing is awesome! Burgers are great, and they have yummy milkshakes. The service is always great! Its has an an old diner feel. I absolutely love this place! Have to try if you haven’t already!

Seated fairly quickly. Our server was about to check out and the next server was very attentive and stopped by the table several times.
I had the peach burger and it was amazing, never had one before.
The coleslaw was homemade but without carrots in it, which was new to me~ I had to add a sugar packet to it for my personal liking, but it was fresh~

Still has great burgers. Taste is definitely awesome. Milkshakes are delicious. Everyone is friendly and the service is good.
