It has a refreshing atmosphere that is worth stopping by during a day on the lake. Indoor and outdoor seating.
The food came out quickly and was freshly prepared. The food temp was perfect and the flavor was amazing.

There was live music, which made the experience even better!!!

Been seeing this place on facebook & been wanting to try it out. My sister & I weren’t wanting the Cajun restaurants for Mother’s Day & decided spur of the moment to come here. We love the family welcoming atmosphere! We will definitely be back!

Not a bad restaurant by any means. Just needs something to take it up another notch. On the lake, you can’t expect too much food wise but it left something to be desired. Kicking rib-eye, steak and eggs, boom boom shrimp (best thing), and fried catfish. Ribeye was just a little thin patty. Would happily pay more for a better quality price of meat.

Food is great. Live band rocked. 4th July weekend on the Lake. Great crowd. Family friendly with a marina bar vibe. Indoor and outdoor tables. Boat dock right on the back so you can pull up, have a great meal and get right back on the water. About a 45 min. drive from my side of Montgomery. Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for the manager Mr. Williams if you have any problems. He’s a nice guy and runs a tight ship from what i can tell. 10/10 highly recommend. Was a great time and a great meal.

Only downside was a little rain but staff kept serving, band kept playing and rain was over quickly.

Ducked in here because of storms approaching. 1st time visit. I was hoping for a little more “indoor dining” to beat the brutal heat but understandably this is a Lake Spot. Pricey too…but we did like the Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos & fries! I was really upset with all the black flies though. I get they are everywhere and may be hard to control, but it was ridiculous. Couldn’t keep them off our food & drinks so it was unpleasant and difficult to enjoy our meal. Most of the Staff is nice & friendly. We did get a little attitude from some of the Bartenders. When on the Lake, we would love to give it another try!

The Social was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere and service were amazing. The food and drinks were extremely disappointing. We ordered fried pickles, cheese sticks, fries, chicken tenders, and cheeseburger. All of it was disgusting. It wasn’t just ours, it was others in our party as well. The pickles were soggy. The fries had no flavor, only a greasy flavor. The cheese things, whatever they were, OMG no …don’t do it. The Bushwackers were like drinking a milkshake. They were $12/each and I normally don’t drink, and I felt absolutely nothing from it. Don’t waste your money. For the $84 we spent on them, we could have made our own much better. Save yourself the hassle and take the 3 hour drive south and go to Pensacola, the original home of the Bushwacker. We couldn’t tell a difference in the kids virgin Miami vice and the Bushwacker. Everything was so horrible I forgot to take pictures. Here’s the cheese things and fries.
We should have known when it was a Saturday and there were empty boat parking spots that it wasn’t a good sign when the other places we went, there was no boat parking and they were absolutely packed.

Party of 5 picking up food after a long day of boating.

The bang bang shrimp was decent, everything else was terrible…

Especially the cheese sticks, which they served with salsa instead of marinara… likely an accident as they corrected it quickly.

But 70 bucks for what we ordered was insane, especially considering how bad it all tasted.

We threw away most of our order because we couldn’t get through it.

We went to niffers instead. Much better

Fun place, band was pretty good and food was yummy. The only thing that was kind of a bummer is waiting in long lines for drinks. Definitely a fun place to hang out in the summer though.

Big, open dining area. I’ve only been for supper- I bet lunch is a scorcher, no AC ….full bar, sandwiches and a minimal menu.
Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Bar is a separate transaction station. Live music sometimes, dock slips close by.
Who’s not happy?
