A friend and I stopped in for lunch while traveling. We both had the side salad with the 4oz fillet; along with a side of roasted beets with goat cheese. It was delicious!! The steaks were cooked perfectly. The salad ingredients complimented each other (I did not have to blue cheese on my salad) wonderfully. The service could not have been better. Looking forward to going back.

Delicious food and drinks. It was super busy when we popped in with no tables available. However, my husband had grabbed a drink at the bar while the girls were shopping and and a table happened to open up by the bar so we snagged it. Servers were friendly, my drink was delicious (unfortunately they were fresh out of crickets so I did not get the pleasure of that oddity in my drink). Can’t remember the drink name but it was good. They were slow on bringing the ranch so my fries were cold when I ate them but the steak was delish. The chicken looked yummy as well.

Sat in the bar area, Nathan was the bartender and server. He was AMAZING. He never stopped, was constantly running around, cleaning tables, serving people, making drinks, never not smiling. He was quick with refills and taking our order.

This place is first-class in every respect. The clubby, attractive bar is a gem. I went for their 2-6pm Happy “Hour” and the deals are great — even without discounts I’d rate this place a deal. I had an excellent and substantial Caesar along with Sweet and Sour Meatballs — also a solid serving or appetizer for 2. Very tasty, well prepared dishes.

My husband and I visited Chattanooga for the first time over our anniversary weekend. We stopped in for a quick drink while we were out exploring and ended up staying the entire day. The food was excellent and the ambiance was great, but OH MY! The staff there is the reason we could not leave. Rachelle and Nick were BEYOND exceptional and so engaging! I do not know how they do it and remain so attentive and anticipate the needs of every patron at the packed bar. Magic?! We were so pleased with the service that we returned the next day and spent a good chunk of our time there yet again. We now tell everyone we know about this place and the incredible staff and are even planning a return trip to the area based solely upon this experience! Nick and Rachelle are an invaluable asset to The Social and we cannot wait to visit them again!

Great whiskey selection, Glencairns available, and the food was stellar. The service was very attentive despite being busy. My only complaint is their bar set up makes it hard to see the bottles which aren’t on the menu (i.e. they had some Boone County products but you’d have to ask for information about which bottle and the price).

Great vibe in the restaurant and great service. Nice place to come for drinks and it’s a beautiful bar! It’s on the pricey side. I ordered a charcuterie board which comes with 3 picks, and I ordered 2 cheeses and soppressata . It came with the tiniest pieces of cheese and only 3 small slices of soppressata, with lots of bread and a mountain of fig jam. The portions didn’t make sense and for $14 I felt like it was not good value. I’d come back for the drinks tho!

Apparently you can order food at The Social from Public House’s menu since they share the same kitchen, and that I did. By far the best Cobb salad I have ever eaten in my life. Tons of tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, sliced avocado, and fried chicken that was to die for. The ranch tasted homemade, and the deviled eggs with the candied bacon was definitely a nice touch.

I have been to The Social several times. It’s a good dependable hang out with super ambience. Food is always good. Service can be a bit spotty, even on a slow night. Deviled eggs are particularly good.

All I can say is Wow. I will make it a point to come here every time we visit. Dillon was an exceptionally pleasant and overall awesome guy! We laughed so much and enjoyed our time (2hr) there immensely! We stumbled upon it while shopping and had two amazing cocktails, deviled eggs, and the thai chicken. ALL AMAZING! I honestly would have eaten anything off of their menu. A must try place!
