The So Good Vegan truly lived up to the name. I visited this food truck next to The Brown Thumb, and the experience was great from the moment we walked up—the food smelled amazing before we even ordered. The gentleman who owns the business (please forgive me for forgetting your name) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing with those tools and ingredients.
The food came out hot, fresh, flavorful, and just flat-out good. No gimmicks—just well-prepared, soul-satisfying vegan food done right. You can tell there’s care and intention behind every plate.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can’t wait to visit again. This is definitely a spot worth checking out.

The food was worthy of James Beard Quality. Chef John Doesn’t dissapoint with his stellar,amazing masterpieces very creative in his style of putting stuff together. The Brisket ,Bacon you can’t tell that it’s not planet base. I’m a foodie if ya get a chance try the Brisket tacos, Nachos,Ice cream anyone of his Dishes you can’t go wrong with his food.

This place is really really really good, but most of the time I come to the community market, they’re sold out of half of everything, even though I usually arrive around 11.
Additionally, when they do Pop Ups, they either don’t show up, or show up and close early from selling out. I’m glad they’re doing good, but I shouldn’t have to stress about whether i’m gonna make the trek only for them to be sold out. That said, definitely come try their food, but definitely come early!

one of the only places in denton i can eat at 3+ times in a week and still wanna go back again. the BEST vegan soul food in denton, have taken multiple meat eating friends here and have had them tell me it’s better than any meat that they’ve eaten. delicious house ingredients that you won’t taste anywhere else, the portions are truly gracious for a price you really cannot beat, the chef john is also always a pleasure to talk to. Everything i’ve tried has knocked my socks off. vegan or not, go out and eat here AS SOON AS YOU CAN

Absolutely check this place out! Whereas other vegan places in the area charged $15 for a beyond burger their chicken sandwich is $10 and comes with fries and it tastes really good! Very friendly people and good food
