This snow cone counter in Duncanville is my go-to spot — hands down the best around! I’ll gladly make the drive all the way from Dallas just to get one. No one else has the flavor selection they do, and every time I try something new, I’m blown away. The facility is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. My personal favorite is the mangonado — it’s unmatched. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out!

The snow cone counter was such a fun and refreshing stop! The service was quick and friendly, and they had so many flavors to choose from. The ice was perfectly soft and fluffy—not chunky like some places—and the syrups were sweet, flavorful, and not watered down. It’s the perfect treat on a hot day, and the portions were generous for the price. Definitely a spot I visit at least twice per week.

SLOW, OVERPRICED, RUDE OWNER
I was going here every other day, or so, for plain shaved ice, but a majority of my visits were displeasing enough for me to stop going completely.
I was the only person in the drive-thru line. However, I had to turn my car off, because it took so long to receive (1) medium ice cup. I could hear the servers laughing, and playing inside. I waited almost 10 minutes for my order, with no apology nor explanation for the wait time. For the most part, the teenagers working were always professional, and very cordial. It is the OWNER, that I’ve experienced not so friendly service from. I was shocked one day when she shoved my cup out to me, and slammed the window shut. I couldn’t ask for anything else. Other times, she has pressured me into upgrading the size to one of the larger sizes, suggesting I could freeze it. I always know what I want to order, and may be out and about, and not wanting to order a larger size. It got to a point if I saw her vehicle outside the shop, I wouldn’t even stop knowing my past experiences with her.
I give this place one star, and that is due to the courtesy of some of the servers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

To be completely honest, people must be getting paid to write the reviews because these snow cones were horrible! The ice was hard and chunky, and the syrup was super sweet (for it to be naturally flavored); it had no fruit flavor at all. Never known strawberry syrup to be pink either. The kool Aid pickles were everything tho!!! Prices are way too expensive, I paid $20 for four small snow cones. Ridiculous
I did forget to mention the customer service, it was amazing! So, for that I will give a total of 4 stars.

This place was the perfect little sweet treat after a big meal. Very refreshing and the service was BOMB. The drive through girl Kimora was killing it!!! 10/10 recommend to beat this Texas heat.

First time going and definitely will be back. The young boy that was outside taking orders was so sweet ! My boyfriend got the Strawberry short cake dream and it was a 10/10. I wish I had gotten it! I had the Hawaiian vibe 6/10 and my son had a rainbow one, which he enjoyed.

When I tell you, this is a good snow cone! The ice is sooo smooth and the flavors are so rich! I had a medium blue coconut and banana with coconut flakes and cream. It tasted like a coconut cream pie on one side and a banana cream pie on the other!! They are going to get tired of seeing me lol. Customer service was too good, price point was even better.

The blue coconut snow cone is delicious. It had just the amount of syrup and ice to cool off in this hot weather. The service was fast and the employee at the window was very helpful. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back!.
