Had an amazing double cheeseburger! One patty definitely would have filled me up but I had to go for it. For an extra $2.50 to add another patty who can pass that up! Everything was made fresh right in front of me.

Best hecken burger we’ve ever had!! And we’ve had some pretty amazing burgers. This one just dethroned them all. Their side portions are generous and perfectly crispy onion rings and bacon (upon request). The owner and young staff are super cool and friendly, easy to talk to at the counter seats, fun people with a lot of talent. The building itself has a charming design and feel to it, just across the lake docks and tucked away in the fall colors. Our one regret was splitting the burger thinking our stomachs would be too small this morning. Definitely going back for a full one each!

Ashley rocked the flattop grill while Mabel rocked the serving. The cheeseburgers were the best we’ve ever had! Fresh burger toppings too. We will definitely be back again! Limited indoor seating but food with prepared quickly and seating turns over too.

Best burger in KC. 11oz dbl is perfectly cooked. Fries and tater bombs are delicious. Live music lake life scene is so relaxing. Cool people. Get the burger people. It’s for real. Chandler and Susie are awesome.

we took our family vacation in KC this week, and ventured off to find places to eat that we’ve never had before, first on the list was the snacklebox for breakfast and let me tell you what, it did not disappoint! Paula was a hoot, and an even better cook. We will be coming back for taco Tuesday tonight, and potentially breakfast tomorrow before we head home! Thank you Paula for your hospitality! Such a cool little spot on the water. It’s a hidden gem. Nothing fancy but my burger was darn good. Serves breakfast food, chicken tenders, burgers and daily specials like pork chops. We will definitely come back when in the area.
