I’m new to the area and was excited to find this food truck. The gladiator bowl was honestly exceptional. Large portions and very fresh. Awesome texture profile and peanut butter worked with all the other flavors!
The avocado toast was pretty good, but nothing special. They had run out of egg which would have made it better.
This place will very quickly become a favorite of mine!

I traveled 30 mins to try something new and healthy and wow I am not disappointed! That was fantastic! Me and my daughter absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back, their portions are generous for the price and I’m full and full of energy. I HIGHLY recommend giving them the business they deserve. The food was just a bonus, the service and compassion was the best I’ve received in a while! They are definitely worth checking out 🙂

We went when it wasn’t busy.
It is located in Papillion off of S washington street, across from the Large Target in the strip mall. They usually park there.
You do need to follow them to make sure they are open because we tried going a few times only to discover they were not open on that day.

I have seen this truck for years and never had the time to stop but made the effort today. I ended up getting two smoothies which were both delicious. They use real fruits and the result is a colorful and flavorful concoction. The owner is very nice too and we had a good conversation. I will definitely be stopping by again.

Very delicious smoothies and toast! I went to juice stop the other day and all I could think about was how much better Smoothie truck is. Very fresh, friendly and overall great quality ingredients you can taste. If you want a REAL smoothie go here.
