This place is divine. So quaint and cool friendly folks. I come out here from Cincinnati to stay in my farm and get away from all the CITIOTS.
The breakfast is just so good. The waitresses are kind and helpful. The cook is awesome.
The have the place all decked out for Halloween now. You must come in and see it.
Best thing in this town by far.

Great food great service The barbecue was on point It was a nice little stop and we loved the decor and the murals outside along with the Halloween decorations was really really cool. We plan to go back and give it another try and order some more of that famous mac and cheese pulled pork

Great small town eatery.
Brisket and beans were on the money.
Meat had a nice smoke ring with a crisp bark.
Slaw was sweet.
Service was prompt, waitress knew her restaurant.

Found this place online looking for BBQ. around Ark Encounter so we drove out to Fulmouth and it was more than worth the place is decorated really neatly. The waitress was awesome. Food came fast hot and delicious. I had the Pig Slop which is BBQ pulled pork over mac and cheese.

This place is an absolute gem. Wish there was one in cynthiana or Paris. The food is always fresh and super good. Service is always spot on, super friendly. I recommend anything they have. I usually get burger with pulled pork on top. It isn’t on menu but it’s a must try. We have tried several things and havent been disappointed. If you in the area this is an absolute must try location. If you like good fresh food and friendly service, this is for you. Not to mention their pig tail Fry’s and fried pickles are amazing as well. Clean little place as well.

Everything that you would expect from a small town barbecued place, customer service is excellent food was fantastic. I got two orders to go and took them home and was very happy as a first-time customer. I will be back!

Have been going here for years and have loved it. Recently went in and sat at the table my wife and I always sit at as this restaurant is a sit-where-you-want kind of place. The table was dirty, neither of us cared, but the staff was trying to convince (not very nicely) us to sit elsewhere. We were fine with waiting for it to be cleaned (which it was). We sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting for our drink order to be taken when the waitress sat a new group immediately asking what they would like to drink. We went ahead and walked out as it was obvious this lady did not want to serve us since we wanted to sit where we have for years. The staff was all seemingly new and nothing like the crew that earned all these glowing reviews. Hope the owner takes notice.

My wife and I were camping nearby at Kincaid Lake State Park and wanted to explore Falmouth, KY. We came across The Smoking Pig Tavern and stopped for a late lunch. The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable and the service was fast and friendly! We both had the Loaded Baked Potato with pulled pork and fried green tomatoes. Both were excellent! Would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area.

Great atmosphere and service. Great music. Great smoked meat. Great BBQ sauces. Subtracting a star for the standard grocery store chips for the nachos and the artificial cheese, though maybe that’s to be expected in a small town in Kentucky.
