Recently visited this restaurant for the first time and found the pizza a bit underwhelming. The crust was soft and had very minimal crispness. The cheese was a bit uneven, but the sauce was decent.Overall, it was overly floppy.
The white pizza with gnocchi was better to my taste. It was an interesting combination, though there was a bit too much garlic oil.
The restaurant is very clean, the staff is friendly, the bathroom was clean, and there is a parking lot on the side which is convenient. I also liked the decor on the walls.
Although those things were all highlights, the pizza on its own would not bring me back. Still, it is worth trying for yourself.

The service was great, but, I am unsatisfied with the food. Before, I loved their pizza and it was really great. This time, I ordered just two cheese pizza slices with extra cheese, and the cheese wasn’t melted all the way. I just couldn’t deal with the texture and that ruined it for me 🙁 Love the crust and atmosphere though!

Longtime customer and I can’t say enough great things about this place. From the food and drinks, to the community the owners have built, it has truly become a key part of Leonardtown’s identity. Pizza is always great and the weekly specials keep things new and exciting. Beer list rotates at a perfect speed and is complimented with great craft liquor and a plethora of NA beverages.
With that, it is also surprisingly home to the BEST SEAFOOD I’ve had in Southern Maryland in years. Their specials are advertised weekly and in the past month I’ve had a Mahi mahi sandwich that changed my life as well as an order of four scallops I would have paid $40 for easily. I think it was $12.
I know it makes zero sense that the pizza restaurant has amazing seafood, but you will be missing out if you don’t try it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. I usually feel like crap after eating pizza but I felt great after three giant slices! Worth every penny and then some! Highly recommend!

The Slice House is great! Their pizza is authentic New York style thin crust pizza that you can buy buy the slice or as a whole pie. They have a great selection of sub sandwiches ( the Italian is my favorite!) and appetizers (the calamari and mushroom spinach dip are great!). The draft beer selection is great and always refreshing. They usually have a dozen craft beers on tap. They also have a variety of canned/bottled beer, and also have a selection of mixed drinks (the Bloody Mary is great!). The music is great too. They have a restaurant side and a bar side. You will find me there every weekend 🙂

Update: Since Google won’t let me do a new review, I’m making an update. It was that day of the week again (ends in Y), so I had an excuse to head to The Slice House for a few slices of the Supreme (pic #2) for lunch. Food, staff, and atmosphere are still top-notch, as always. The end-of-week specials (e.g., arancini, Reuben sandwich, polenta fries) are also great and change from week to week.
Original Review: This pic is from my dinner from The Slice House II Go, but it wouldn’t be fair to not leave a review here, too, since it was the slices for lunch that made me return for a whole pizza from the other location. I went for one of their delicious subs, but I couldn’t pass on the pizza special with fresh tomatoes and basil from the local farmers market. The Mexican street corn pizza special was great, too. This location has a great atmosphere, the staff are always friendly, and it’s my go-to stop for lunch in Leonardtown. I highly recommend.

A great place to go for a tasty slice, a drink, or just to hang out with friends. It can get very crowded in here but it’s probably one of the most lively and fun atmospheres in the area. I had a great time here and the food was delicious. There was a good variety of pizza and they came out quick. The value was good too. I’d consider this place a must-visit for any SOMD pizza lover!

Paid but no pizza after hour wait outside with family and dog. When I inquired inside, there was no record of my order by name association. Pay and get the heck out. No Apathy, no taking ownership of problem . A boy came out and said he would look for them with no time frame in mind. Waited a few , then left. Avoid !!!!!!!
