There’s not much on the outside as if it does not exist! But once you’re inside… If I had to choose one word to describe this place, it would be cozy. We arrived around 7 PM and stayed until about 10, and to our surprise, it actually got busier the later it got. Even as we were leaving, people were still heading in! it seems to be a great late-night hangout, which fits perfectly with the cozy vibe.
The ambience, lighting, and seating combined with the October/Halloween theme made it a great spot to relax, enjoy a few beers, and have a good burger with friends. There’s also an outdoor area for anyone who prefers fresh air or needs a smoking space. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

Came here last weekend for dinner and to watch the Bears game. It’s overall a small bar with 1 pool table and 1 dart station. My husband ordered fish and chips which he was very disappointed by. He said the fish was overcooked and dry. It was also very expensive at about $20 for 1 piece of fish and a few fries. I ordered a side ceasar salad and French onion soup. The salad was ok nothing to get excited over. The soup on the other hand was amazing! I’d come back for the soup some time! I ordered a ginger ale because I’m pregnant and was feeling a little nauseous but if was ridiculous at $4 for a fountain soda. My husband had a few beers which were also quite expensive. Overall not very happy with our visit. It was also freezing inside!

Justice is by far memorable to say the least. I meet so many people…who are very good regulars… I had bought a sweater from good will of all places with tags still on that suited him perfectly. Now that’s a tip. when kindness and respect is rewarded that was when i walked in my name was. Must Go Here!!!

Food is great and so are the drinks! Curtis and Griffin are awesome bartenders – friendly and attentive. Show up to for a comedy open mic, 11pm! Late and fun, you’ll have a good laugh to start your week!

Me and my wife came to see the bar because I was told it was great but no one spoke to us while we were there so we left. We would have been happy to stay if we hadn’t sat there for 10mins without being spoken to. Not even a hello.
I’m sure the drinks and food are great but it’s disappointing to be treated like you’re non existent. Hope you do better with others.

So me Wes and Wes walk into the bar. Not the start of a joke. We see darts and a pool table. We kinda wish there were more pool tables but that’s ok cuz it wasn’t too crowded. Got some Guinness and the bartender knew exactly how to pour them, what a guy. The pinball machines were slightly confusing, not sure how many credits to put in. Noticing the atmosphere we were intrigued by the people. We walked outside to observe as one would. One lady was very outgoing and introduced us to every passerby, some of which were completely uninterested. Amid a conversation with said lady, a former ballerina started doing a lap dance on her lady friend, what a surprise. Then a former bartender came and introduced herself, telling us she was babysitting her quote, “hot younger sister” talking to the men. Things got chilly as the heaters for which the patrons shall not touch were off and unavailable. So we moseyed inside to grab our last beer, take a picture and end the adventure. So how was the bar you may ask. Well it was an introspection into the life of the young and the old living and growing in this small town we call Dunwoody.

The Ship and Anchor Pub is a gem! They have $7 Drink of the Day specials. They have a single free dart board which was so fun. They have a pool table in the back, and the pirate ship vibes create a relaxed and playful atmosphere. Perfect spot to unwind and have a good time!

The red phone booth out front got my attention first, then the awesome pirate decor. Great service from everyone behind the bar. Food is overpriced for the portions but I highly recommend the Mac & Cheese Bites!

First timers here. Highly recommend the Black Pearl frozen bevvie. Staff is super friendly and they all work as one. Kinda feels like a bar you went to in college, but without the college kids lol… great place. You can this is a place with lots of regulars. Looks like there’s an outdoor patio as well, but we sat inside.

I stopped in for my Fish on Friday.(5:30pm) There is only one piece of fish, but it is a healthy, thick piece. Not much flavor in the fish, but the breading was good and seasoned with pepper. I ordered shrimp as an extra and was very surprised as to how crispy crunchy they were without being dried out. I eat with texture in mind and these were amazing. They had a nice amount of seasoning. The steak fries were typical steak fries but with pieces of salt on them. Very good. The JD& Coke was a perfect mix. Not too strong but you knew it wasn’t just coke. Be careful. I Definitely recommend and will be back. I’d like to check it out when the night crowd shows up.
