Cute little takeout stand offering wonderfully fresh seafood at very fair prices. The lady running the stall was also lovely. We especially enjoyed the rich Cullen Skink, scallops and mussels. As a bonus, you are allowed to use the tables and benches right outside the restaurant next door.

Incredible experience. We pre-ordered lots of oysters and seafood platters. We were a little late but we kept them informed and they were ready for us. Incredible service. Friendly smiley faces. The food was amazing – talk about delivery with a smile. Good prices and great value for money. Can’t recommend them high enough and we will be back. This is THE place to eat so don’t miss out.

One of the best seafood shacks I’ve ever eaten at! Takeout only, but worth it no matter if it’s raining or sunny. Very fresh, delicious! All the guys in there are very lovely. Be sure to get there early as some of the popular options sell out quickly!

This is a super, fresh, seafood shack serving food the way it should be…fresh and simple yet in a way that makes you feel like you’re in the best restaurant.
The platter is excellent and we were so pleased we splashed out. It’s a great service which allows you to order earlier in the day so they can ensure all the seafood is reserved…they get very busy.
Earlier in the week we had Scottish salmon rolls for breakfast…again delicious.
The staff are friendly and all the customers very happy in the queue.

This platter is one of the better decisions I’ve made in my life. Crab claws were all out so we got extra scallops. It was unbelievably delicious and the staff were super generous and kind when it came to bread and dips etc with our friends. Also taught us how to eat the squat lobsters! I will be thinking about this meal for a long time to come.

It really is just a shack selling shellfish -brilliant!. We went to see what they had and ended up getting squat lobster tails, Cullen skink, mussels and crab claws. All locally caught earlier that day (most by one of the guys serving). The other guy serving was very friendly and offered advice on how to reheat and serve (as we weren’t eating straight away).
All were very fresh and super tasty. We even went back the next day for a dressed crab and a whole cooked lobster. Again great service and food was lovely. Can’t fault it…
PS. For the “hard of thinking” the squat lobster tail rolls don’t contain lobster. They have SQUAT lobster. Not the same thing. If you don’t know what that is…. Google them. Or ask the guys at the shack. They’ll tell you.

Simple and fresh food – this is a seafood takeaway spot located at the back of the restaurant, open all day. If you’re visiting Skye and want to enjoy really good oysters and scallops, this is definitely the place for you. Just keep in mind that there is no service or real facilities here – only the restaurant tables nearby.
