Forgot the cheese on my double cheeseburger and the meat was pinkish in color. The fry’s were old and hard. Was not good food at all. Which is sad because this used to be one of my favorite places to go.

The food is okay and the service is a little better than typical fast food. My main dissatisfaction is the ridiculous charge of .65 cents for a small cup of water. I had just spent over $50 on several combos and asked for a small cup of water, I can understand a small fee of maybe a quarter for the cup but .65 cents is ridiculous. If they want to save on operating cost they could start by not putting so much mayonnaise on the burgers, it was a disgusting amount that was very sloppy. There aren’t many choices in Callahan but the Sheik will not be my choice in the future.

The BBQ sandwich was $11.49. The cook says “Oh hear we go!” Ma’am shouldn’t we get a replacement of equal value? This rude lady says “You going to give us the 2 bites he took back” Extremely Rude!!! The manager never stepped in and take control of the situation she just let the cook run all over the situation. Maybe they were having a bad day but this incident was handled poorly.

I love the seasoned fries, the steak in a sack, camel rider. All of the food is just delicious. The seasoning for the fries is in a shaker you can add more! Who can’t go wrong. And the breakfast deals are amazing.

First off the management has an attitude with the poor teenagers that obviously have no experience. After ordering and listening to the attitudes I received my food. I have never had a nastier looking salad in my life. The chicken is cold and looks undercooked with no seasoning. The worst part is who the heck puts American cheese on salads!! Gross!!! The ranch is obviously the lowest restaurant grade you can get from Sisco. It is like jelly. Anyway I didn’t even attempt to eat it because I do not want salmonella. Do not eat here!!!!! My husbands burger also looked worse than a school burger!!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I won’t skip a camel rider and cherry limeade from here any time I come home to Jax. It just so happened we were staying in a different part of town than the one I normally go to, and we happened upon this location in Callahan. Beautiful building and very clean. The owner was there and I spoke to him a bit. Congrats on the franchise. We’ll be back.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The burger was atrocious. It was almost a fake burger no grill marks no grill taste like it had been microwaved. NO FLAVOR AT ALL and my fries were cold too. That’s not the first time I’ve noticed that but I thought I would give them another try I was wrong. HORRIBLE. The lime aid drink was just aid because it was watered down with no lime in it. It must be just this particular restaurant as the ones in Jacksonville are really good. This one in Callahan is nasty and I will never eat there again. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!
