Excellent, 10 out 10.
We were a group of 14 who all ordered different meals and they all came out together, hot, well presented and delicious. The food is excellent as are all the staff. We had a brilliant night and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a delicious curry.

The Shah Jahan is truly a gem for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting aroma of freshly ground spices. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, perfectly balanced with tender meat and aromatic basmati rice. The garlic naan was soft and flavorful — easily some of the best I’ve had. Every dish felt crafted with care, and the presentation was beautiful. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeaway, The Shah Jahan never disappoints. A must-visit for lovers of fine Indian food!

We went in here for a family outing. We requested a table at the corner but was told to sit at another table. This was eventually sorted, and we were led to our table with some apologies.
The food was incredibly good even though it took a while to get them ready. Perhaps, because the Diner was packed full the night we went. The service was great, notwithstanding, and the waiters were helpful and calm. The menu had an assortment of Indian food and drinks to choose from.
The Shah Jahan was quite cosy and had colourful wall decorations. The toilet was clean.
Overall, we had a great experience, and we will be back.

So quite a while ago I did a review at 2/5 however visited family again and returned. Wow…fantastic. Mixed kebab delicious tender chicken, those who ate the prawn puri were very happy and it was well presented. Followed by sweet and spicy chicken pathia, Murgh Bhaja was tender with lots of meat, Tandoori King Prawn lots of them and tasty. Well done service great and no long waits.

Just had a really lovely meal here, it was our first time visiting and there were plenty of vegan options and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.

Excellent service and fantastic tasty dishes! So nice we went two days running while holidaying in the area. Have returned twice every year since first visit and still absolutely fantastic Indian cuisine and service too. We went lunchtime and not very busy. Covid restrictions in place and staff implemented their personal protection wear too. Well worth a visit we haven’t found a consistent Indian restraunt as good as this one¡ Awesome meals. Thanks been again 3 times this year and lunchtime today and all dishes excellent again, going back Saturday too now. Definitely the best curry quisine we have tasted and pleasant attentive service. Thanks guys

Good quality food served quickly. Great service. Food tasty and good portions. I had the chicken with pineapple. Unusual. Large chunks of hot pineapple with chicken onions and peppers. Tasty. Came with a small unexpected salad. Popadums had lots of chutneys. Reccomended.
