The Seed is a great coffee shop & bakery right on Atlantic Ave, and a perfect stop for a morning or afternoon refuel.
It’s a cozy spot with a few seats indoors and outside and a cute little bench swing too. The staff are fast and friendly, and the baked goods are delicious. I’ve gone for the breakfast burrito a few times, along with the cinnamon roll and a few other treats.
They also sponsor the local run club and offer a discount to members.

Adorable little coffee place in Delray with a bunch of yummy little brunch offerings! Quiche, croissants, bacon and egg sandwiches, muffins, etc. The iced Americano was great! Lovely place to grab something small before heading down Atlantic Adventue or going to the beach. We will be back on our next visit through Delray.

Love this spot! my go-to is the cold brew white—smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff is always friendly, and the best part is I can bring my pup (Fera the Pharaoh Hound) with me, which makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful trendy coffee spot with fresh juice choices and lovely baked items also. Strawberry latte was amazing! Nice and strong but also sweet. Fast service and friendly will be back. Also enjoyed a ginger turmeric shot and the cinnamon rolls looked amazing.

Had a nitro brew and an empanada . Wife had a cold brew and slice of banana coconut bread. We rounded out our breakfast with a piece of spinach quiche. Delicious coffee delicious food great service, clean dining room, fun hip patrons to hang with while you enjoy your brunch. We’ll make this regular stop when we’re in the area.

Stopped by The Seed Coffee yesterday and absolutely loved it! Such a cute, cozy spot with great vibes. I got the dc smoothie that was out of this world, so fresh and flavorful. And Aida was the sweetest! Super warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!
