We cater events as large as 300 guests throughout the Yampa Valley, Baggs, WY, Moffat, Routt and Rio Blanco counties. For all catering needs please call us at 970.824.0322. Please note that our restaurant is no longer open, except once in a while when we advertise on Facebook or our local paper.

Really great BBQ. The brisket sandwich with sausage on it was amazing. Potato Salad and Texas beans good as well. The spare rib was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The shake was the chocolatyest I have ever had. Loved that as well. The servers, who I believe were the owners, were really helpful and really gave it 110% toward making your meal there right. If your ever in Steamboat Springs it is worth the drive to Craig to give this place a try.

Great place! Great food! Great people! We stopped for lunch and asked for the lunch special, and got a Philly style sandwich with smoked chicken and Cajun sausage. Delicious! Had a side of coleslaw which was fresh and crunchy, and a cornbread muffin to finish it off. I wish I lived closer to have lunch here more often. Maybe on our way back home!

Phenomenal food. Quaint atmosphere. Friendly staff. Has indoor and outdoor dining. Limited hours and days of operation but currently but they are listed correctly. Must stop for brisket fans and their locally brewed Kombucha blend is a nice treat(liber-tea)

The brisket was special, flavorful and smokey. The sides were great including the corn bread which had a honey glaze. The sauces were excellent and home made. I always support local business and it’s great to find a place with local products and good tasty beef brisket which passes the finger droop test.

The Gator sandwich is unreal. Brisket and cajun sausage. Bring your appetite. I also saw someone order the gator tater, which is the size of a football. Delicious food! I’ll definitely be back.
And a little tip from me to you: for an awesome dipping sauce, mix the house BBQ with the fire sauce.

We’re from Texas and pretty picky when it comes to brisket. We both have been on BBQ cook-off teams, and when we stopped we didn’t know what to expect. This stands toe to toe with some of the best Texas brisket I’ve had. Smoke penetration was excellent and the perfect amount of tenderness while the meat still had enough integrity for bite and not fall apart. The Brusselsnaps were outstanding. Everything was outstanding. If this family had decided to do business in a big city they would have a line out the door until they sold out like Franklin’s in Austin. 10/10
Oh yeah their homemade BBQ sauce is just as good. I highly recommend the spicy sauce. And if it’s too hot for you it’s time to embrace the heat and enjoy a well balanced sauce.

When you stop by for brisket and ribs you’ll realize why there are so many 5 star reviews. Ribs are outstanding. Sauces bring just the right flavor to the meal. Don’t overlook the cornbread and potato salad. Looking forward to having the gator.

Small family owned bbq joint, but the food was phenomenal! The brisket was juicy and tender, the Brussel sprouts were fried to perfection, and the cornbread was almost cupcake-like. Would highly recommend stopping here for lunch on your way through town.
