Accessible by both land and sea, The Seafood Shack has a 68-slip marina, a bar & grill with an outdoor waterfront patio and a 6,000 sq.ft. event space to hold up to 250 guests. If you’re staying in Anna Maria Island or any of the surrounding areas this place is a MUST visit. Whether you’re going just for drinks or for lunch/dinner – this place is THE spot. Solid drink specials and frozen daiquiris on a hot beach day are always a win. For their price those mango daiquiris were solid. The Mac & Cheese here is to die for! The blackened shrimp was also delicious. I’m a huge foodie and a bigger mac & cheese fan and I can promise you the mac & cheese here is easily in my top 5. That itself is a bold statement. Not a place you would expect some killer mac & cheese but holy cow was it delicious. Unbelievable!

Conk fritters were amazing and so was the shrimp. However, the Google menu is outdated. Their menu now is smaller. There’s outside seating which was lovely, right on the water. Our waitress was super nice. But other than that…the food was pretty basic.

Excellent waterfront restaurant. We enjoy dining outside so this was an excellent choice. Fish was delicious and service was outstanding which somehow always makes a difference to dining experiences. HIGHLY recommend the fish dip/spread appetizer and of course any fresh fish available.

Food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Service was very good. Views are great. Atmosphere and service is definitely more laid back and casual than refined but not a bad thing at all. Sunset dinner was perfect time to go!

I wanted a sunset view for dinner, so my wife and I decided to visit this waterfront restaurant. What a great view! Our waiter, Jordan, was busy yet still attentive. The coconut shrimp appetizer was tasty. Drinks are super cheap. I ordered a red wine, which came to $6, and it wasn’t a happy hour special (9oz btw). Draft beer was $5 for a stella. We ordered a grouper sandwich and a crab cake sandwich and they were very good. The market price for grouper sandwich is usually around $28, and here it was just $18. It was a very casual and cool vibe. Definitely recommend, especially at sunset!

We visit Seafood Shack every time we’re on the island! We usually sit at the bar and have the best time meeting new people, locals, and tourists alike! The bartenders/servers are great and the atmosphere is laid-back and fun! Coconut shrimp and grouper bites are our go-to’s for small bites!

This place is great. We all enjoyed our meal. My friend ordered Fish and Chips and loved it after some recent disappointments at a couple of other restaurants. I had the macaroni and cheese with grilled shrimp, and it was the best I’ve ever had. I also ordered the spinach salad with warm bacon dressing. So good. I only ate a third of each, took the rest home for dinner, and split them with my husband. He was quite pleased. He agreed it was the best macaroni and cheese he’d ever had, and he loved the spinach salad. Win, win.
