Okay this place was absolutely incredible. The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch! Girlfriend and I were out in Anaheim for a convention and made it a point to try and NOT stop at any chain places. This place absolutely blew our minds! I got the Mediterranean Skillet with the banana bread. Will def be back when back in Anaheim!

Was trying new breakfast places and this came up in the search. There was no wait to be seated it gets pretty busy on Sundays. I got eggs benedict and a ice tea plus my meal came with a banana loaf slice. The benedict was good but a tad too much holindase for me, the loaf was massive but delightful took the rest home. The service was great they were on top of things and my order came pretty quickly. Definitely would come here again.

Absolutely appalling experience at The Scratch Room in Anaheim. The steak I ordered tasted like it had been boiled in dirty water before being thrown on the grill. After one bite, I couldn’t finish the meal due to the foul taste, and my stomach started hurting. To make matters worse, the restroom was in a disgusting state – there was a puddle of urine by the toilet with just a wet sign placed over it, no attempt to clean it up. Unacceptable service and food quality. Will not be returning.”

We stopped by for a very early breakfast and were able to avoid the morning rush. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I got the vegetable omelette which was filled with plenty of vegetables, cheese and fresh avocado. The side of fruit was also very fresh. I chose the scratch made banana bread and it was served warm with butter. So good and a huge slice! My husband had the waffle and said it was cooked perfectly.

Enjoying with Family is enough for the 5 stars of “Atmosphere”. Food and Service got their own 5 stars and rightly earned. Excellent service for this 1st timer. Coffee was never cold or empty and the food was delicious. Especially the days special: Acapulco Omlette

I had the Bad Hombre Benedict with biscuit & gravy. It was very good. Very large portions on the plate. It’s like buying 2 meals for 1 price. But it is in kind of a bad neighborhood of west Anaheim.
Came back a year later. Had the wild boar Skillet with biscuit and gravy. It was very good. And once again it was enough food for 2 days.
