So…my spouse and I have been patrons of this facility since they opened and i have always loved everything about this restaurant. However this last experience has been the worst in the restaurant business i have had in years. The food was great…as expected. But the service was absolutely horrible! I could understand if the servers were slammed but it was a basic sunday brunch time clientele. We sat for exactly 1 1/2 hours before being served. I asked for coffee 5× before receiving a refill. Every waitress was only for themselves and refused to help any other area. I am so disappointed that this facility has gotten so bad as far as service

Okay breakfast location, food is good. Hash browns were unfortunately dry and over cooked. The staff are friendly but the service is extremely slow which left us feeling ignored or forgotten at times.

I arrived right after opening. Nice, clean restaurant. Not very busy so service was friendly, fast, and a good mix between conversation with the server Crystal and being left alone to enjoy the dining.
I ordered the meat eaters omelette with hasbrowns mixed with onions on the side. The food came out hot and fast. Perfect amount of butter on the toast. The meats were the star of the omelette but not too much of one meat and not greasy at all.
With four hot sauces to choose from, I really liked a new one to me—a local hot sauce from the Rose Garden/Leonardo’s Italian Bistro just down the road in Watertown. A good deal of heat on the front end without the big kick of vinegar on the backend. I have to find that and buy it!

Food is good for what it is. However even if the restaurant doesn’t look too crowded, if it’s about half full don’t expect your food for about half an hour at least. The weird thing, my server, who had just taken an order at a big table came directly to my table, it was just me, and made a point of saying “I’ll try to get your order in before this big one.” SHE still had their ticket in her book at the same time as mine. In the end, their food came out first and she came to my table after she saw me looking around frustrated and confused, I was about to call her over anyway, and told me my order did not get in before theirs… like, um… ok, what exactly went on back there in the kitchen, then? You had both are tickets at the same tickets? I just had a veggie omelet and no hash browns, no pancakes… Anyway, I wasn’t expecting super fast service, but being in the restaurant for over an hour for a single omelet in a restaurant that was half full? what exactly is going on back there in the kitchen? And didn’t the server have any power to say, hey please take care of this omelet first? Especially since she made a point of telling me? I would have been less frustrated if the server had said nothing to me about getting my order in first
