Stopped in last night for a Friday night fish fry. The food was excellent! Our group all had the seafood platter and we all agreed it was top notch. We go to a lot of fish fries as a group and we will definitely be going back. The retro crew all did an excellent job!

Ordered the Stuffed Shrimp. Received six huge pieces plus potatoes, applesauce, buttered bread and cocktail sauce. She also served me something sweet in a separate container, which I haven’t tried yet, I’m so full! She made me a “Stuffed Ann,” lol! Top notch cooking Jen!

I assume it was the owner who took my order over the phone. Along with being the only staff I saw when I went to pick up my order today. Service was amazing! Food was ready in the exact time she stated. I had ordered the homemade Mac n cheese. (Which I feel was hidden low on the menu, but should be brought to the top as a featured item) I asked for all three topper options. Even with her lessoning the amounts of bacon and chicken, the portions were huge. The shrimp also huge. Everything was cooked perfect. Tender chicken. Medium bacon (not burnt!!!) And the shrimp all the way to the macaroni noodles also perfect! This was enough for 2+ people to eat and I only ordered it for lunch. But happy I don’t have to cook dinner now!

Visited this gem last Saturday afternoon. Atmophere is small townie bar, with friendly patrons, and vintage look. Menu is that of typical bar food – curds, burgers, pizza and mac & cheese. Having relatives from Illnois, we ordered white cheese curds. Omg! Best ever, perfect amount of salt, nicely crispy, not too melty, and sqeaky! Next up, the burger, The Factory, at top of the menu. A half pound burger, with shoestring onions, bbq, pepperjack cheese, and pickles. I asked if it was a good as it sounded, and all 4 guys sitting at the table next to us, gave a resounding, “Yes”! This is seriously, in the top 5 burgers I have ever had in my life! After settling the bill, the owner Jen, offered some scotch-a-roos, which was a perfect ending. Thanks, Jen!

Was passing through Valders and Subway was closed, found this place off Google. They were short staffed so only pizza for lunch. Got a 10 in sausage and pepperoni which was made fairly quick and tasted quite good. Price was reasonable at $8 . Would definitely stop in again.
