We came for the crepes and everything was delicious. The biscuits are AMAZING. I wanted sweet this morning, but all of their savory options sounded awesome too. We got crepes, stuffed French toast, grits and a biscuit. I had a coffee as well. We would definitely come again! Way better than the locals!

Ordered way to much food just to try a bit of everything. All the food we ordered was outstanding. Best breakfast by far. Outdoor seating was nice and very friendly wait staff. Never had blintz until eating here and they were phenomenal with the cream cheese topping. Loaded tots with a breakfast spin is a winner. Howe Street biscuit is also a must have. Definitely recommend.

As our yearly family reunion beach trip in Holden Beach, North Carolina came to an end this past Saturday we had to make a return visit to Southport, NC to grab some brunch before leaving to head home.

All but one lone person was a visiting tourist which tells me this is not a local favorite.

Food was very good. Service was slow and round cafe tables were annoyingly sticky. Not dirty, but they need to cover them to resolve it. Even coffeecup stuck to it. Breakfast ended precisely at 11am and kitchen immediately switches to lunch. Sadly looked forward to breakfast and choices are unique but limited. 4 4 stars for taste but i would prefer to give mediocre rating due to spotty service and annoying table condition. Glad I tried it but likely won’t return for a while.

The food was delicious and I could’ve easily given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the waitress/hostess. She was extremely rude from the time we walked through the door. She kept rushing us to order our drinks and kept repeating herself like she was already annoyed with us being there. Mind you there was only 3 people in the place so it was completely uncalled for. She kept that up throughout us ordering our food too just rushing and repeating herself, very rude. Yet she treated others very differently. She was much more friendly to them. There was a lady who walked in and asked for the manager and I could see her rolling her eyes under her glasses at this lady. I love Southport because everyone is usually super friendly but, she was the first rude person I encountered here and it’s sad because I would like to go back there for the food. The guy was very nice to us. Hopefully she learns to be nicer to everyone and not just those she knows. She Eventually started to warm up and be nicer after we ate but by then the damage was done.

I am hooked on their Sweet and Savory blintzes! My mother in law and I go there for breakfast at least once a week. Their other meals look great but I just can’t stray from the blintzes! They taste just like my mother used to make and brings back wonderful memories! Their tea and coffee are also wonderful! Love love love this place! The owner always comes out to talk and make sure everything was good. Jill and Megan are so nice and we always feel so welcome!

Disappointing visit the first time, but thought we would give them another chance but would not go again.

My wife and I popped in for a late breakfast. This place did not disappoint! Service was fast, food was fresh and delicious. This was exactly what I was looking for! I got the country omelet, my wife got the street biscuit and we shared the sauce tots!

Our favorite local breakfast! My husband always orders the biscuits and gravy, my favorite are the crepes. I keep meaning to try other menu items but can’t seem to help myself from ordering crepes…
