Really enjoyed the quality of food and excellent prep. The prices are so reasonable as well. Our server was attentive and friendly.
We tried the blackened mahi mahi and grilled shrimp. Both were delicious and well cooked. My only dislike is the coleslaw is mayo based not vinegar but just a personal preference.
Side note – the Bloody Mary has shrimp

Food was good, nice portions. Recommend fried calamari, Mahi Mahi grilled, sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Server (Meredith) was awesome and saw to our needs. Atmosphere was casual relaxed with several tvs to view. Wasn’t busy, we had a late 2pm lunch. Pretty sure it starts popping around supper time.

So glad to have this restaurant back open and in new location! Food is good as ever. Roomy comfortable booths and very clean fresh look inside. We started with yummy sweet potato fries for appetizer. I ordered the fried shrimp basket and my mom ordered the grilled shrimp. Both entrees were delish. My mom said the Cajun rice was very spicy. Big portions of shrimp for both entrees. Food was hot and cooked to order. The staff was very friendly. Our server was attentive and super nice. I will def be a repeat customer! Went back on June 13, 2025. Got the chicken tender basket. Tenders were big portions juicy and delish!

I was treated to lunch by a friend as my “Birthday Celebration.” Saucy Shrimp is my favorite restaurant in Statesboro! Maddie was our waitress, and she was outstanding! She had neat appearance, a winning smile, and accommodating personality. She was professional, yet personable, kind, and patient. Maddie knew we were celebrating my birthday, so she brought me several fried Oreos as a gift from Saucy Shrimp! Maddie has perfect “People Skills,” is bright, energetic, and beautiful. I’m a Senior Citizen, and by the end of our meal with such excellent service from Maddie, I wanted to spiritually adopt her!!! She was Super, and from now on when I visit Saucy Shrimp, I am going to ask that my Server be Maddie! She is a good reflection on her place of employment! The food was superior in quality and quantity. Love the Cajun spice y’all use! And the tartar sauce is out of this world!!! Thanks, Saucy Shrimp! Nobody does it better! Kudos! Jesus Christ is the Son of God! Can’t wait to visit your establishment again!

Just had our parents 50th Anniversary party here tonight. Not only was the food excellent across the board (highly recommend the boiled shrimp and crawfish, as well as the hushpuppies) but the service was above and beyond. Kennedy Bryant was our server and she was amazing!! She was patient and helped while we set up our decor in the party room, bringing in pitchers, drinks and apps while we set up and waited for the rest of the party to arrived. She recommended and explained amazing dishes and worked our room with grace. Our party was diverse in age range from 11 to 92 years old and she never missed a beat. We were thrilled and I cannot say enough about how great Kennedy was or how delicious the food was. 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be going back again.

Everything was delicious. The chicken fingers my daughter had were huge and juicy. My shrimp were big and cooked perfectly and my other daughter absolutely loved her crawfish! Dominic was awesome, very polite, and answered every question we being this was our first time here. Great place to have a family dinner. Thank you!!

My husband and I visited this location on 12/14/25. I kept the ticket to make sure I did not neglect to give honor to where it is due. Josie was our server. AMAZING, attentive table service. She looked nice, clean and groomed. She didn’t know an answer to a question I asked and was honest and humble enough to tell me she didn’t know. She impressingly asked someone and came back with the information. Our food was freshly cooked, and fulfilling. My husband and I both cook so we know when food has been cooked fresh and with integrity. The prices were great. We visited the last location, with the unfortunate force to relocate, it is definitely an upgrade. The bathrooms were kept up and cleaned. The parking is so much better and there is more space. Please maintain the value of service and food integrity. Having these experiences are very few and far between. Most of the time it’s restaurants with ridiculous prices. I really enjoy this location when my family and I visit Statesboro. Keep up the good work. Thanks so much for a pleasant encounter Josie. You made our date day a delightful experience.
