I’ve visited Saucy Hut’s food truck before, so I was excited to check out their new store location in Oakland — congratulations!
When we walked in, there were already a few customers, and the space itself was clean, vibrant, and welcoming. The customer care was outstanding from the start. We were greeted right away, and the staff checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything.
Our food came out in about 10 minutes or less, which was impressive. We ordered a few steak hoagies, cheesesteak egg rolls, and their lemonade — and wow. Everything was mouthwatering, rich in flavor, perfectly cheesy, and clearly prepared with mindfulness and loving energy. The lemonade was super refreshing and tied everything together perfectly. It all fully satisfied my craving.
Saucy Hut always nails the flavor, and this new location is one of a kind — from the food to the customer care. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by if you’re in the East Bay. You won’t be disappointed!

First time coming to this place and absolutely delicious. Customer service was outstanding and Chico the cook was very friendly and made out food really good and efficient. I highly highly recommended you try this place. The prices were reasonable. Must try the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls with the shrimp definitely I will be back soon. Keep up all the great work guys.

We had a Steak rice bowl, Cheesesteak eggroll, the Hoagie steak sandwich and chicken wings. Everything was really tasty! We for sure recommend it and will definitely come back.

Stumbled across this spot one Sunday afternoon after church. I purchased the crab egg rolls, side of fries, OG lemon pepper party wings, and a green apple lemonade drink. Usually I eat my fries first but babbby when I bit into that crab egg roll it had me humming and dancing in my seat. The crab was so fresh, seasoned to perfection, and the crisp of the egg roll was a win win for the tastebuds! My homegirl ordered the crab bowl and I tasted a little bit and was sold! Service was great the atmosphere was cool too! Definitely will be back! Oh and I was hecka hungry so I didn’t take any photos.

OMG my son turned me on to this place and it’s right down the street from me. We ordered the egg roll with steak and cheese in it and that sauce is the bomb. It’s so good I gotta try everything on they menu.

Was told to order online they were too busy to take my order after I stood there for 15 minutes. He also had to explain the orders in Spanish to the girl on the grill and packed all the orders himself. What is she there for all she did was grill the meat? Anyways I left empty handed went next door to eat Chinese food thanks!
