The sandwiches are really good, and the burritos are solid too. What stood out for me was the burrito hot sauce. The spice level is a perfect balance, with enough heat to be noticeable without overpowering the flavor. It also has a natural, slightly textured consistency that tastes genuinely homemade. Everything feels fresh, well prepared, and made with care. Attached is a photo of the sandwich, I ate the burrito too quickly and forgot to capture a picture.

Haven’t found a spot I like better than this place. The location is not in the most desirable spot, but it’s definitely worth a stop.
I cant pick a favorite because every time I try a new one it’s just as good as the last. The owner Nadine also makes a Hawaiian hamburger that’s just heaven.
Turkey avocado bacon, yum.
Banhmi better than any I have tried in the Vietnamese shops.
The best Ruben I have ever had as well. Yummy potato salad or macaroni salad made there daily and a fresh cookie with each sandwich.

A must experience. I came back again because of work and said that I needed to come and try another sandwich. Everyone with me enjoyed their sandwich. I ordered a pastrami melt and the sandwich did not disappoint. The pastrami was cooked and seasoned just right. The bread was toasted like a patty melt should. There was a mix of salty and sweet taste from the pickle. If you’re in the area, this place is it for sandwiches. Make this place one of your choices when you’re in the area.

I came here since I needed to get some food for lunch. I have passed this place many times since I go to Kaiser nearby. It was my first time going and I got a pesto chicken sandwich and I got a cookie with it. I tried the sample of their cinnamon roll and I had to buy it after I had the sandwich. It was very delicious. Would definitely come back and recommend this place. The people are kind. They had a variety of sandwiches and sides.

This is a small family run business and they pour their heart into this place. The sandwich I ordered (The Italian) was made with care and love. Every ingredient was well balanced and the presentation was gorgeous. From the second I entered the place to the second I left I was treated with the kindest respect and smiles. What lovely people.
The food was delicious, the cookie was one of the best I’ve ever had and there was something special about the sparkling strawberry lemonade.
I highly recommend this location and I know if I’m ever in the area again I’ll make it a point to come spoil myself with this gem.

This is my third or fourth time coming here and I have never been disappointed. They have a great selection or hot and cold sandwich options and several different sides to choose from. Portions are also solid. The cookies are probably my favorite thing though – fresh and delicious.

Came here for a breakfast burrito after climbing with a friend and was absolutely blown away. I got the chorizo burrito and I’m already thinking of excuses to go back and get another one. We also got the Vietnamese coffee and split a cinnamon roll, both of which were amazing.

Easy parking. Good hours. Great food. A hidden gem in Santa Ana! Ask for the specials and what’s popular when you come in. The iced coffee is very strong. Highly recommend the Cuban, Cheesesteak, and the Pork Belly specials. About $12 per person.
