The service was amazing! We had a manager help us and he was very attentive and friendly. My BLT was delicious and extremely filling. My husband wasn’t very fond of his sandwich but said it might just be the caramelized onions. We will definitely be back to try some more of the sandwiches they have on the menu!

Will easily give this place 5 stars. Sandwiches are amazing and the cookies are great. I definitely want to credit the customer service. They accidentally billed me wrong (easily understandable; they are new and probably have a new point of sale system). The employee was overly apologetic and hooked me up with a bag of cookies, which I didn’t have to ask for.
Will definitely be back and will bring friends.

I ordered ahead the man on the phone asked me if I wanted it hot or cold I said hot got it cold. My boyfriend and I split one of their sandwiches I think it was called the cowboy or something like that. We both thought it was pretty gross it was slimy. The flavor was not good it was yucky. Sad to say because we like to promote small businesses especially now. It was kind of pricey $17 for one sandwiche one cookie and a soft drink. The cookie was really good though

Was going to stop at Raley’s for a sandwich, but decided to try this place instead. The employee was very nice and friendly but VERY slow. Please either add another employee at lunchtime or get someone who can multitask better.
Only one couple was in the store (finishing their meal) when I came in. With nobody in line ahead of me, I ordered my sandwich (which, the variety is mediocre) at 12:34. While I’m ordering, I mention that I’m very hungry. A mother/son come in, and he takes their order right after mine, helping to guide them through the menu, just as he did with me. I don’t mind, and figure “ok, he will make all our sandwiches at once.”
He starts my sandwich, when a second couple comes in. He then abandons my half made sandwich to assist them. He guides them through the menu as well for several minutes, takes their order, then makes his way back to my sandwich.
Finally I get my sandwich at 12:50.
That’s 16 minutes to make ONE sandwich, which I would not consider to be worth the time or the price. I asked for jalapeno and pickle to be added to my sandwich and did not get either.
Like I said, the employee was very nice, but plleeeaaaassssseeeeee get him some help! I am not likely to return soon.

Everytime I come here it is closed. Signs will say open but the door is locked. This is 4 times now and definitely the last time I try to eat here.

Ok I’m sure your going to think I’m full of it since I gave them 5 stars but I’m not.i just ordered a sandwich from them through grubhub and no joke it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.the dutch roll bread was so fresh as if just came out of oven.i forget the exact sandwich I got can’t remember the name but it had bacon turkey and avacado on it. I have been to so many sandwich shops but I am only happy with togo’s but from now on I’m all about sandwich barn.go to sandwich barn u won’t regret it

Ordered for pickup. Drove to store… No answer. Nobody there. Waited 45 minutes. Still no one. Waste of my time. This is a sad excuse for a restaurant. No sign. Now i have to jump through hoops to get my money back.
