I’ve been here a few times.. as a woman you most definitely don’t get the same service as a man. They have daily specials and drinks. Lots of TVs for sports and a pretty good menu. I wouldn’t say the service is great but the food is really good.

Ask for Monica she is great! I came to the sandbar because my car was getting an oil change next door. Monica greeted me and brought me over a menu. She explained the special for the day and we began to chat. She is really kind and fun to talk to. The food was excellent! I ordered a club with fries and it was delicious. For great customer service please ask for Monica.

One of the very few good thing about our experience at the sandbar was our server, Victoria. Thank you for being so kind. If you are a single man with zero taste, wanting to just watch tv and have shitty overpriced food, this is your spot. And now to the details: 1. Atmosphere – their air ducts were dripping on us our whole time there. We had 3 women in our party, I requested from the bartender to have ONE tv turned to something other than sports, which I thought was a reasonable given no one was is our section other than a man turned the other direction and all that was on was a rerun game, one pro team and Appalachia state (see photos). The bartender ignored me, our waitress informed me that per the owner, only sports are to be played. 2. Service – they are clearly understaffed, despite being maybe 50% occupied, the servers were clearly too swamped for even that. 3. Food – among our party of 5, we had various items on them menu, from chicken to pizza. All were dry, clearly of low quality and uninspired. The popcorn ‘chicken’ was literally just pieces of chicken skins, and don’t get me wrong, it has a place, but not like this. Lastly the water tastes like dirty pool water.

Casual, local sports bar serving traditional pub fare. Nothing fancy, bar basics, lots of sports and good times. We had peel and eat shrimp , nachos, chicken strips and cocktails for a big group of us. They also have ginormous hot pretzels, that are very tasty with cheese sauce. Server was cool, had an edge but it was fine because it went with the venue. Food was good not the best I’ve ever had but it’s still a fun place to watch a game.

This is beyond over priced for the service and food. The server did not know what was going on. I got charged a drink for my kid and a drink with her meal. Almost 100 for lunch. Never got a refill. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The chicken sandwich was dry. Everyone got their meals before mine. Disappointed

Place is a cool hangout spot with great food and drinks! One of the main reasons I come here is because of the bartender Halle, she’s always happy to see people, knows my drink order and I’ve noticed she’s always remembering other people and their orders as well, great quality to have as a bartender! She’s very attentive and sweet. On a side note, Philly steak sandwich is the best thing to eat here!!

I had a fantastic experience at the bar thanks to Brittany! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drink menu. She took the time to recommend some delicious cocktails tailored to my preferences, and her skill in mixing drinks was impressive. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and Brittany’s positive attitude really enhanced the overall vibe. I’ll definitely be returning and requesting her service again. Highly recommend!

Always a good time here, one of our go-to places after a round of golf. All staff seem to be enjoying their job, good conversation and attitude. Tv’s everywhere, pretty much most games are an option somewhere in the place. Food’s great, too, offering a pretty good variety. If you haven’t been here before, and you’re looking for a new place, or new to the area, you should check it out.
