I recently visited Salad Station and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the space felt bright, clean, and well-organized, creating an inviting environment for a quick lunch or relaxed meal.
What truly sets Salad Station apart is the incredible variety and freshness of its ingredients. The build-your-own concept allows for complete customization, with a wide selection of crisp greens, fresh vegetables, premium proteins, and house-made dressings.
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the stations remained clean and well-stocked.
Overall, Salad Station delivers a healthy dining option without compromising on taste or quality. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for fresh, customizable meals in a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning and trying new combinations.

Better off creating your own salad. Love the chicken noodle soup. The Chicken Shawarma Salad looks nothing like the stock photo— photo reflects sliced chicken breast filet and real actual salad contained a mixture of shawarma-flavored shredded chicken and cubed chunks…

After visiting the Salad Station in Monroe, Louisiana had very high expectations for this Salad Station. First of all there were no trays. You had to balance your salad, soup, and salad dressing. The salad ingredients were not chilled like salad ingredients should be. There was also a lot of dead lettuce. The lady who was chopping the salad obviously did not want to be there. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was flavorful but had NO chicken. The tortillas for the soup were not with the soup, so you had to cut back into the line. The cashier also did not seem like she wanted to be there. When asked for a cup for the drink I purchased, she pointed to a stack of cups and did the same when I asked about eating utensils. The Pomegranate Lemonade is definitely not the same as the one I got in Monroe. Definitely do not recommend this location.

The Salad Station in Flowood, Mississippi, is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves fresh, healthy meals. It’s a build-your-own salad place where you can load up on fresh greens, proteins, and multiple toppings to make your perfect salad. The best part is it’s priced by the pound, so you’re in full control of how much you get.
The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the ingredient variety is top-notch. If you’re looking for a quick, healthy meal with endless customization, this is definitely the place to check out!

Salads greens were wilted, slimy and rotten today. Many pieces of broccoli were brown and rotten. The salad bar just isn’t what it should be. A friend said the same thing..said food was rotten on the salad bar 2 weeks ago.

On 11/7/25, at 7:09pm, I pilled up to this location. There was a guy worker with a beanie on who saw us turn into the parking spot and said “damn” like he as mad at us for coming there while he was wiping down the station. Well, needless to say that we left and took our business elsewhere. He needs customer service training bad!!!!

$40 for my wife and myself for lunch…..salad and drink only! Food/salad was good but too pricey for us. Unless you just have extra money I’d recommend Jason’s Deli or Ruby Tuesday’s for all you can eat or Newks for a gourmet salad and save half the cost.
