This is our go to when visiting Del Webb Naples and Panther Run Golf Course. We continue to have a great experience at the Rusty Putter! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere overlooking the golf course made the meal even better. The staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I also appreciate that the automatic 20% gratuity is clearly noted throughout the menu—no surprises at all. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Love the ambience atmosphere is nice. Very friendly. The service was great. I like that they have a lot of specials throughout the day, which is good because on different days you could get specials. The food is just OK nothing to write home about, but I would go back because of the atmosphere and the food is decent not the best. The only reason why I gave this three stars instead of four, which I will change the stars to four if they change their tip policy, I agree with some of the previous reviews. It is absolutely horrible that they don’t let you know that they are including a tip. That’s why the service is so friendly because if you don’t see that the tip is in the bill you will give them an extra tip. It’s such a scam if they are going to include a tip into the bill they should let you know that right upfront, but they don’t and thank God I caught it before I paid the bill. It could be very hard to catch because they actually keep a line on the Bill for the tip so if you don’t see that the tip is included you will be giving 40 to 50% tip. It was very frustrating and it made me feel uncomfortable because I am sure that the waiter or waitresses are expecting you not to see that and give them even more money so they are probably disappointed when they don’t even get more money on top of the 20% tip that’s already included. I felt uncomfortable and even gave them a couple of extra bucks. If they change that tip policy, I would definitely come back and I will change the star rating, but until they change their tip policy, I will not return. I think it’s horrible that they don’t let you know and they just include a tip because for most people they wouldn’t even notice and they would be giving a double tip. Absolutely ridiculous. Think about how many senior citizens have no idea and they are given them a 40% tip or 50% tip. It’s not right.

The food was good and our server was great, but the billing practice left a bad taste. For a table of four, the restaurant automatically added a 20% gratuity, yet still included a blank line for a tip. If you’re not paying close attention, it’s very easy to double-tip by accident (as we did).

Had small Cobb salad and Snapper. My husband had fish tacos and onion rings. The food was very fresh and full of great flavor! Excellent service. Highly recommend.

It wasn’t even busy, yet our server actually disappeared on us. You really should train your servers better if you’re going to charge a mandatory tip. I’ve noticed only Miami spots do this because of the tourists.”

Update: new chef has brought fresh ingredients and Asian selections to the menu! Best Crab Cakes and Fried Fish Friday was yummy! They still have a few issues with being understaffed, but if you are there to chat or relax after golf or tennis, slow service not a big deal.
Food good, but service poor…not enough staff for a Sunday brunch time? IDK…waitress very friendly but forgetful about drink orders and took long to get my soup.. she brought it within a minute of our food entrees…took forever for her to bring bill and charge us out…

Burger and fries were good. Most of the staff was good others not very knowledgeable about the restaurant or golf course. Screen doors slamming the entire visit was terrible so maybe if they hire a manager they can fix them.

I’ve been several times. They had a rocky start but now the food and service is excellent. Recently had the turkey brie sandwich; it was very good. The views of the golf course and outdoor seating are also nice.
