The worst service I ever experienced. They weren’t even busy. Outside there was a table of around 12 but that’s the only table outside and we were just 2, my husband and I, the entire time we were there which was around 30 minutes not once did we get acknowledged. My husband went to the bartender and put the order in. It’s not the fanciest place but we expected at least a hello I’ll be with you as soon as I can. Not only that when we asked to be charged for the pizza we ordered the waitress didn’t want to take our card but said follow me, again with this attitude of like we were bothering her. Seeing how they treated the only other table besides us that was outside you can tell they definitely didn’t not want to serve us. It’s a shame that this treatment exist to anyone in this day. But that’s where we are at.

when i had my boat in Anchor Marina on bethel Island it was always a blast to go for dinner and drinks by boat and then watch
the sunset from the bar and then watch to moon rise from the back of my boat!!! Super Friendly. Courteous and always Accommodating Service and staff. stiff well drinks and Cold Draft Beer. Gotta luv it!!!

Gorgeous view, but wasn’t able to eat overlooking the water, which was what I came for. Overlooking the water is the smoking area, so that’s bittersweet.
Service was very friendly once I chose a table, and food came very fast. The vibe was chill with a classic rock music playing, but a type of dive bar feel which isn’t bad but some may want to know. Looks like they have live music from time to time.
Ordered fish and chips, and the french fries and coleslaw were very good! (I LOVE a good French fry!) The coleslaw was very creamy with a hint of sweet The battered cod however, was a very thick batter (the kind that gets stuck in your teeth)so not my fave. Overheard a diff server tells table that “the grilled chicken sandwich was very good…we have very good chicken” and that “Mom & I make the salads with love”
Someone brought a lab inside, so it seems like dogs are allowed?

So much promise and even more disappointment. Absolutely the worst service on earth.
It’s old and very very dingy, which is its charm! On the water and plenty of parking.
But 2 of the last 3 times we e been there, it took 50 mins to get appetizers. We had to go and ask them to get us drinks.
Love the rustic and dingy environment, the food is not great but the service is slower than a dead turtle in a locked cage.

My favorite place to hang out when on the island visiting…always good food and drink, always great service and they are always having fun things scheduled to either watch or participate in. Kim and Rob are the best. Bang Bang Shrimp and tuna poke prepared by Renee was the best!

The relationship is absolutely terrible. The main woman, the waitress, was unhappy. She brought me coffee. I waited for about 10 minutes. Then I told her to bring milk. She looked so unhappy. What happened to my husband? We left and realized there was nothing for us to do there. I’ll never come back here again.

After looking at a new home to purchase in the area we were suggested this place! We were very excited to experience a local community restaurant. They were busy but not that busy because we were able to walk in and find a table right away! We WAS NOT GREETED, and it was apparent not Welcome! There was a table next to us that was getting Amazing service! And we couldn’t even get a we’ll be right with you! As we waited for awhile the waitress came back and forth talking with the tables around us, but never acknowledged us even after 20 mins are better! After about 30 mins or more we decided that we wasn’t going to be served. We got up started for the door, and the waitress said from across the room Y’all leaving!!!!! No respond from us! So in short, neither will I return to this place that clearly don’t welcome blacks folks in there restaurant and this experience has changed my mind about purchasing here as well! In 2025 this still happing is ridiculous

Oh my what an amazing visit! Our lunch was incredible with the pastrami sandwich and fried shrimp. The experience brought us to another time and place. When we were leaving they were writing the dinner specials and it was loaded with rib eye and oysters and other goodies. I can’t wait to go back, next time for dinner!

We we’re here for frozen bun run with 200 of our Brother and Sister Bikers. Had a great time watching 21 crazies water ski in 47 deg. Water. Lots of good drink and comraderie.
