Played a songwriters night there last night. Great little space off the beaten path. Only had wings there. The dry Cajun were good, but their mango habenero was incredible.

If you are a single person or with friends, this is the bar you have to come to, the food is 200%, I have visited an unlimited number of bars in Nashville and this is the best, it gives you a Caribbean vibe, but at the same time very American, here you can feel however you want, if you like sports this is the bar for you to come with your friends, believe me it is the best bar, the bartenders will love you.

Been here a few times, smoking inside, they advertise dog friendly patio but apparently only certain hours. They had a dog event here just a few evening weeks ago and now no dogs allowed- which is fine but stay consistent?

Bartender woman is always rude, crowd is always really nice but not really many young professionals. Food isn’t good

Patty is THE BEST!!! Our first time at the Rusty Nail (we’re from Wisconsin), and we felt like we were at our neighborhood bar!

Great local spot, always hosting awesome events. Foods delicious, drinks are right and the energy is everything. One of my favorite places to go especially when I wanna get away from downtown. Management and bartenders always awesome.

Stopped in for drinks and to check out the music for the night. First time in. It was clean inside, other than some tables that had empty food baskets sitting on them for the entire time we were there. It was pretty empty when we got there, only 4 other people inside for the first hour we were there. The bartender wasn’t behind the bar when we got there. We waited about 5 min and then she came out from the back. I asked her a few questions about some of the beers. She pretty much said all the ones I asked about were just ‘light beers’. I had asked if one specifically was a lager. She just shrugged and said it was light. She didn’t even look at the can to get an answer. I ordered it anyway cuz I was pretty sure it was a lager. It was. I got my drinks and sat at the end of the bar closest to the stage. The entire time I was there the bartender never once came down to see if I needed anything. Anytime I wanted a drink I’d have to get up, gather my belongings and walk to the other end of the bar and then wait for her to pay attention to the fact that I was there. For most of the time I was there she wasn’t even behind the bar, but when she was she stayed down on that far end. After getting up twice I decided I wasn’t getting up anymore. I did want to try one of their signature drinks but decided if she came down to check on me I’d get one. Otherwise I wasn’t ordering anything else. She never did come down so I didn’t try any of the signature drinks. I do wish those had prices on them. I hate when bars don’t have prices listed. But on a positive note it was nice ordering a beer that wasn’t outrageously priced. For some reason bars in Nashville think charging $8 for a can of yuengling is acceptable. It is not. So it was really great to be somewhere where they aren’t trying to gouge their customers.
They have a menu with a lot of different bar food. I didn’t try anything but it did smell good in there while they were cooking. The live music was great. The sound was really good. Not too loud where you couldn’t have a conversation but loud enough that you could easily hear the songs.

I attend the Dam Jam there on occasion which is held every third Sunday of the month. Always packed by musicians who come out to jam with each other Always a great time hosted by aspiring artist and all around great guy Paul Durako. If you’re in the Nashville area “The Hermitage”/Stewart’s Ferry Dam/Percy Priest Lake located on Andrew Jackson Parkway.

Had a wonderfulnfirst time experience. Jason was a great bartender and the place is awesome. Found this place while exploring a new area around Nashville and it’s only 10 miles away from my house.

First time visiting to help support a local military personnel raffle. Saw the post on social and stopped by to support and hear the live music showcase. The music was amazing! And the performers were very entertaining. The service was ok, it’s definitely a locals bar and unless they know you, it will take a while to get served and don’t expect a smile. But we weren’t there for good service we were there to support a military man in need. We were impressed with the size of the location. A volleyball pit outside and an indoor and outdoor bar.

I had a paper ID due to Tennessee lagging with their real ID distribution across the board. I’ve been waiting over a month for my physical copy.

Initially I was told they’re being more lenient about that, per one of their kind bartenders, only to not be served because I had a paper ID a couple weeks later. There’s clearly a lack of connection between communication of associates which is never a good sign in an organized establishment.

Music was good, haven’t had the good yet. But they don’t have it together on the inside and after writing this, I don’t feel comfortable coming back to a place 7 minutes away from my home. I really wanted to.
