We have been very excited for The Rusty Mug to open and it did not disappoint!! There are a lot of tasty appetizers so will be back to try them all and we went with the spicy chicken nachos. Large portion and delicious!! Many craft burgers to choose from or build your own. The fresh cut fries are a must try and nice salad options and went with the strawberry chicken salad which was a large portion and fresh. Great drinks too and the best bar to watch games!! We will be back!

The bar tender, Jess os an absolute delight! She was very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu options, and she is quite a mixologist to boot. The food is delicious! The proportion are perfect and the flavor profiles are on point! The atmosphere is high end, comfortable, and very attractive. It’s perfect for a date night or lunch run. I absolutely love this place! I think my husband and I found our new go-to spot.

I won’t complain about everything but we waited 47 minutes for our food and the food was cold. And brown broccoli freaks me out. How does a chef send out broccoli like this.
Service was slow and no manager in sight to check up on us. Overall not a good experience and we won’t be back. There are plenty of great places to eat in the valley.
Bring back the Phoenix PLEASE!

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone living in the Youngstown area. I had an incredible dining experience at this place from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was delicious. But what truly made the night exceptional was the outstanding service from our server named Tom. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I will absolutely be returning and can’t wait for my next meal at the Rusty Mug!

It’s beautiful! The food was cooked fresh and delicious, I love the cheese dip with the pretzels! Absolutely wonderful that they brought out a cheesecake as a gift for my cousin’s birthday. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Had an amazing experience. Very friendly atmosphere. Nick our server was outstanding. Very professional, well mannered, pleasant young man. He was extremely attentive an often checked on us to see if there was anything else we needed. The bartender Jess, went out of her way, and came to our table to make sure we knew about the $1.00 wing specials. Wait there’s more . One of the owners Anthony came out to our table to personally thank us for coming, wanted feedback on what we ate. Food was great, but the staff were unbelievable. Will definitely be back

Recommend it. Waiter was attentive and friendly. Just enough not to be intrusive but enough to get a great tip. Food was excellent. Family trip of six, no complaints from anyone. Portion were right and enough. Menu is different enough to be interesting, but not so different that you feel like you’re not sure if you like it or not. I do not recommend this place. Very very long wait for food and they were not busy at all. We almost got up and walked out. The heating unit did not seem to be doing its job. Food was terrible. Service wasn’t too bad. Our waitress was friendly. That’s it. Won’t be back.

Update: Can’t recommend it, I think I got food poisoning and have been throwing up in bed since 2AM.
The service is great and the atmosphere is nice, but it’s food leaves much to be desired. The loaded fries were way too salty and tasted like gold fish to me and the overall price for the amount is poor. The burbon salmon was the best dish they had and the sole reason for giving the food a two star. I wouldn’t recommend the float because you barely get any ice cream with the rootbeer.
