Was very excited to try this new place at Downtown. Pretty architecture, great atmosphere, it is truly a bummer that the food is not that good, and it is pricey!!
I got a buffalo salad and it had maybe 5 little pieces of chicken. The prices definitely do not align with the content of their sandwiches and salads.

This is no longer a TCBY or other yogurt shop. It’s a snack bar-type market which still has a couple of self-serve soft ice cream-yogurt machines.
They offer three sizes of /drink/ cups for the soft serve, but charge by weight. A filled “small” cup (maybe 12 oz) was over $10. No toppings available.
Selection when I was there was watered down chocolate ice cream, a pretty awful cheesecake yogurt, and vanilla Greek yogurt, which did taste like Greek yogurt. The staff was helpful (right at closing time) and (thankfully) pointed out small tasting cups.
Don’t go there for the yogurt.

I’ve tried their chicken wraps and it was more lettuce than chicken, Caesar salad didn’t have a lot of leaves or any croutons, chilli is mid, sandwiches are okay. For a drink and meal you’re looking to spend at least $10 especially if you don’t pay in cash. There’s a fee for cards.

The El Paso Tcby downtown location is horrible. The employee who works here has a terrible attitude and makes it very obvious he doesn’t want to work ( it’s always the same gentleman with dark hair and glasses). The supply of cookies, ice cream, and etc. is always limited. He never puts out all supplies or ingredients. This location could be a lot better if there was better staffing and all supplies available.

Store was closed early and the front door locked. Had to go through Starbucks to get in. The employee was very opposed to using any coupons. I said I had a Verizon wireless free item. She didn’t know how to process it. Bad one-time experience.
