We had book club on the patio here and it was amazing!! We had the perfect temperature as it got dark and we had good cocktails and food from the bar. I had the ruby old fashioned and it was so good, with the big cube of ice so it melts slowly, mmmm!!
I also had the fig arugula prosciutto flatbread and it was cooked well, but I don’t know what was missing but something felt missing to really put it over the edge.
We’ll be back next month! Very nice bar! I’m glad we have one of these in Round Rock.

Great views from the back balcony over Brushy Creek. Inside is a cool speakeasy library vibe. Service from JC was amazing and fun. Drinks are beautiful and delicious. We came near closing time and got a sandwich served with a side of chips (from a bag). The sandwich was just OK. I ate it.
Would definitely come again for drinks and vibes. A great date spot.

Amazing staffed served our group all night. We were there from 6:30-9:00. This was such an awesome dinner location, hanging out on the patio was so relaxing and the food was amazing. Thank you for the fantastic evening!

What a cute little place tucked away just outside of downtown Round Rock. The food was so good. I had the grilled cheese with tomato bisque. Loved the cocktails I had a love me tender and it is served in a tiki glass. I also tried the All Shook Up. Delicious.
The patio is amazing with a beautiful view. It started raining on us so we moved indoors. The ambience is hip with out being pretentious. Very chill vibe!
Service was great. They were busy but everyone was smiling like they were happy to be there. Food came out fast and drinks were even faster.

This is one of my most favorite spots in round Rock. I like that it’s fancy, people here are intelligent, and the vibes anywhere on this property are great. I’ve stayed at the hotel a few times and my favorite spot is on the balcony looking at the creek. The showers are really cool and the beds are very comfortable but I visit the bar often to sit on the deck in the sunshine

We’ve been enjoying the Ruby Bar since they first opened. It’s a rare slice of heaven in Round Rock. The hotel and bar are tucked away in a mostly residential neighborhood and sit right on Brushy Creek. The bar is a restored MCM house with a nice deck hanging over the creek. The service has always been first-rate, and the cocktails and food are exceptional.
Unfortunately, when we’re in a Texas heat wave it’s difficult to enjoy the unique and beautiful outdoor spaces. I hope they invest in high-quality umbrellas and fans for the back deck, which is my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the view.

What a cute spot for a drink!! We came on a Saturday night not knowing what to expect, but walked in to this amazing vibe, with live music. It’s a cozy bar, not too much seating, but it feels like a hidden swanky bar. My drink came in a fun tiki glass and was probably my favorite cocktail I’ve had. Meg Lauren was singing and playing guitar and fit the whole thing so perfectly. Can’t wait to come back and try some more drinks!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to The Ruby.
We’ve been to The Ruby several times, and it’s always been a great experience with excellent service and fantastic drinks. However, during our visit last night, we noticed a change that we found a bit disappointing. We decided to stop in with some friends for a few drinks, but to our surprise, our drinks were served in plastic cups. This happened with every round we ordered.
We’re not sure if there was an issue with the dishwasher or another reason for the switch, but it was quite different from the usual experience we’ve come to expect.
We love The Ruby and hope this was just a one-time occurrence. We look forward to our next visit.

This is an excellent brunch spot with fantastic service and good food, drinks. Highly recommend the mimosa carafe with your choice of juice as well as the deviled eggs. Their live music was relaxing and at a sane level!
