My mom and I came here and absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere! If you love antiques you will love this place! The decor is inviting! There are many areas to sit. The staff are very gracious and take time to get you the right coffee for your liking. This was the best coffee me and my mom ever had! They also have cute buckets you can order for your iced coffees! The pastries were tasty! It’s a must see! Enjoy!

This place is a combo tea/coffee, vintage clothing, antiques and new nick nacks. Lots of cozy chairs and sofas to enjoy your brew. They also have homemade pastries.
Fun place. Friendly staff

My first time visiting The Roost and I was very impressed! I stopped for coffee and a pastry and what I got was absolutely amazing!
The freshly brewed coffee and the warm cream cheese and mixed berry pastry were both so delicious.
The atmosphere was charming and packed full of gifts, plants, clothes collectibles, and everything else under the sun!
This is a must see! Don’t get distracted by all the cool merchandise and forget to get a cup of coffee!

The Roost is easily my favorite establishment. It’s so much more than a coffee shop. It’s a vintage shop with clothes, furniture, and Knick knacks, its a gift shop, a place to make friends. It’s an event center that you can rent out, they cater outside events, they have story time for children, it’s also a fun date night spot to hear live music or attend events to learn new skills and crafts. There is always something new happening here. I’m a regular, in multiple times a week and there are always new awesome items in the shop and different events happening.

This place feels like home to me. The staff is incredible, the coffee delectible and the space is inviting you will want to stay for hours.

Love love love The Roost!!

Fantastic shop: part coffee shop, part antique store. It works!

Good selection of items for sale, including some mid-century modern furniture (sofas, arm chairs, tables).

Owner was behind the counter when I was there (May 2024), and she was super friendly and answered a bunch of questions I asked about the shop and the area.

Parking was easy (on the street). One bonus is that there are several other antique/vintage shops within walking distance of The Roost.

Such a gem! I was just visiting Covington and was brought to The Roost—I instantly felt at home. The coffee is some of the best I’ve had and was made with such care, and the pumpkin cinnamon roll was incredible. Billie is so warm and welcoming, and the whole place has this funky, cozy vibe with antiques everywhere. You can tell it’s a special spot in the community. Don’t miss it!

Easy overpriced and Dunkin is so much better we got 2 of the coffee buckets and they were not in I was not impressed it cost $22 $11 a piece My boyfriend’s bucket had a slice in it so it’s spelled all over my car and every place else and they redid it but I wasn’t as you know like it wasn’t any good I would much rather go to Duncan and pay like $10 or less for two coffees and they had like three different danishes to choose from I was afraid to ask about the prices on those that I was after the $22 coffees but if you have money to blow and feel like stopping in you know stop in if you want a free sticker for your $11 coffee but if not just go to Duncan you’re better off that way

The Roost is an oasis for the senses! The smell of the freshly ground coffee and spices. The hundreds of curiosities, many of which are for sale and the warm ambiance of the entire shop almost defies description! Meridith was as welcoming as the spring sun that we enjoyed as we sipped our fancy coffee. Don’t waste your time on the chain stores like Starbucks or others! You must stop in and enjoy a cup of artisan coffee, a feast for the eyes and support local business! As Always, Enjoy
