Been wanting to try this place for awhile. Was fortunate enough to arrive before they got too busy amd was able to get a table on their rooftop patio. I had the Beef short-rib sandwich and their German chocolate cheesecake. Both were very tasty. Service was excellent as well. Overall a great experience eating here.

Amazing patio, fantastic poke nachos, incredible short ribs, great experience. Our waitress was fantastic. We had the most memorable rainbow after deluge/hail storm. This was a great place to spend our 15th anniversary.

Good food, could definitely use lots of improvements! Lack of flavor in everything except the appetizers, chipotle queso had a strong bacon flavor, it was alright, if you love bacon you’d prob really like it. The bangin cauliflower was good, recommended by our server.

Coming here for years for the good drinks , good beers , great ambiance & good tots when not drenched in sauce but the food is consistently really bad, shocked they have 4.5 stars. The lamest Cobb salad & rock hard over – breaded chicken tenders, server took tenders off the bill, even she said they don’t look very good. Really, that’s your Cobb salad, pathetic!!

An odd experience last night for the Nuggets championship winning game. The server refused to put the game on the big screen, saying “they are not a sports bar”. Sure seemed to have lots of sports viewers that night as a large chunk of the bar cleared out by halftime to watch somewhere else. We did the same as the constant loop of advertisements on the big screen 3 feet away from us got old quick.

Loved this restaurant, great atmosphere, designed really well, lived sitting on patio with garage door style window open. Food was delicious and very friendly service. Will definitely go back.

We’ve been here a few times over the last couple of months. I would say that depending on what you order, their food can be a hit and a miss. What I would say to be consistent with the quality is their drinks and their good customer service.

Ah, the old fashioned. It’s a classic cocktail that’s been around for over a century, but when done right, it can still pack a punch and leave a lasting impression. I recently had the pleasure of trying an old fashioned at The Roost, and let me tell you, it was something special.

It was fine, the place is very nice inside and the staff are very friendly. My beer was very very good, and the roasted pear salad was very good – I liked the addition of delicata squash. But it’s very small for $14, I was expecting a bigger plate. I paired it with the poached pear dessert which was a big disappointment. I expected something warm, like a whole pear or pear halves with the chai drizzle over the top. Instead, I’m pretty sure it was the same cold pear slices I just had in my salad. The added granola was like eating glass. It’s not good or had been sitting in the fridge for too long. I didn’t hate it but it was expensive for what I got.
