i wanted to literally burst into tears it was my first time ordering here and i checked several times to see if my food was done, i ended up waiting for over an hour..i wanted to leave but didn’t want to get into trouble becuz they have cameras when i made several attempts to speak to an employee while standing literally right in front of them they ignored me. it was only after a couple minutes when they realized i wasn’t going away that i was able to ask about my order, and when i got it, it was wrong. (atleast the food still tasted good) all i wanted was to eat some dinner….i even asked my RAs if i somehow ordered wrong and i was the one who made the mistake and they said i did it right…it felt humiliating and stressful, i paid tuition money out for this if it was a free service i wouldn’t care but i’m a paying customer 🙁 i never wanna go through that again

I’m not normally one to go out of my way to right a bad review but some things need to change with this place. The food is good, but the service is terrible. They always have one person working during the busiest times and people behind you in line end up getting their food before you. My order is wrong 25% of the time and the portion sizes for the fries are as if they’re about to run out.
