I can’t say enough positive things about the rolling pin. We went for my SIL tasting for her wedding and the atmosphere was clean, organized and a great space to try desserts. Once wedding day came everything that was picked out was beautiful and tasted just the same as when it was picked a year ago.
But the “icing on the cake” was when a mixup happened on our part and the groom was so busy he didn’t get to taste his own desserts. This was completely our fault and the rolling pin made it his mission to make it sure the groom got a little box of his desserts after the event.
That’s the kind of customer service and compassion you want from a business.
I would recommend this place to anyone who needs desserts for any event in your future.

We are so happy we had The Rolling Pin as our our dessert creator. Bradley’s work is exceptional and perfection in presentation and taste! He was very knowledgeable about having just enough for our guest count and was very respectful of our budget. Our guests were raving about these beautiful tarts all night! We loved that no one had to spend time cutting a cake and that there were so many flavor options, andwe were able to customizeto exactly what we wanted. Thanks for making this special time so much sweeter!!

This quaint local business is sure to offer beautiful and tasty baked goods. I picked up a graduation “cake” for my niece. They made her cake based on a picture she found online and it turned out beautifully. Although the cake seemed small, it was very thick and fed more people than I expected. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was phenomenal. It had a very light consistency and the fruit and macaroons complimented the filling well. I will definitely try them for the next cake I need.

First learned of this bakery at Taste of Acadiana. My husband fell in love with the lemon meringue tarts. I loved the fruit tarts and macaroons. For his birthday, we ordered a sampler box of 25 tarts in which you can chose different treats. How amazing is that?! We had our favorites, as well as tried the black forest and honey walnut tarts. Each one was better than the next. I’m glad they offer a sampler box because I don’t think I would be able to decide on one or two treats only!

Scheduled a taste testing with Brad for our wedding. He was willing to meet with us on a Sunday when he had just gotten back into town the night before. When we arrived, he had about 12 different kinds of samples for us to choose from. ALL of them were exceptional! Great prices, too!
