What an unexpected surprise! This place is awesome. The waitress is so sweet and lovely. The food is excellent and the portions are enormous. Enough to keep me full most of the day. Too many tvs for my taste but it’s ok. I’m traveling alone and she made me feel so welcome. Lovely experience!!

The brisket was delicious!!
Their specialty drinks were also really good (tried thier Moscow and cowboy tea and both were phenomenal)
Even the bread was delightful
Its a must to come here after a good day at the grand canyon!

Great food, good prices, excellent service, nice atmosphere. They are located adjacent to The Ramada Inn and are open to the public. Only open for breakfast and dinner. No lunchtime.
We’ve eaten at Pine Country for breakfast before and have found The Rodeo Steakhouse breakfast as good as or better and at a better price point.
It was nice to have access right from our room at The Ramada , not having to leave the hotel.

The staff here were great and the atmosphere was nice as well. I had a ribeye with Mac and cheese for dinner. The steak was cooked well enough but I was disappointed with the lack of flavor. The Mac was also plain with no flavor. I suggest some rosemary butter or something similar for the steak and maybe some lobster or something to increase flavor on Mac? It would be nice if you added a dinner roll or garlic bread as well?

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The salmon, onion rings, and chicken were all gummy and poorly prepared. The salad arrived frozen and wilted. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and 20 minutes just for drinks, while several tables that arrived after us were served first.

The food was terrible, the service was slow and inattentive, and the music only made the experience worse, the performer was off-key the entire time, which did nothing to help the atmosphere.
My wife’s salad took more than 30 minutes to reach the table, and this was with only about four other tables occupied in the entire restaurant.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Never again.

Kinda hate to let people know, but this little hidden gem has GREAT FOOD. I had chicken, burger, and awesome Mac n cheese!! Mashed potatoes were great. Super service, no wait, and even a guy quietly strumming and singing soft rock and country in the room . It was perfect. I was told the catfish was great! Recommend you try it!

It started to snow late night and things weren’t looking so good. I pulled into the Ramada and the next day, I had breakfast and dinner here. I came with low expectations based on what I read in the reviews but I had a pleasant time. I was surprised with the garlic mashed potatoes, fries, and ranch. Really good and you could tell was home made. For breakfast, their French toast was lovely. Service was good and prompt.

Its not a restaurant I would go out of my way to come to, but the convenience of it being inside the hotel comes in handy when weather conditions are terrible and also for any pregnant moms/elderly folks out there. You don’t have to drive to it or leave the hotel.

What normally I would have ranked 4 stars for, I give it 5, for honoring our U.S. Veterans and for the convenience of it being in the hotel, for good food, and friendly prompt service.

We booked the hotel next door and was guided to go to breakfast here in the morning thinking it was the free breakfast that came with it. It wasn’t, no problem.

What caught my first attention was the life size cut out of Donald Trump smirking at me!!!!Really?? That was so tacky!!!!!. I never seen anything like that before. Good luck with getting more customers with that vibe. The food was average. I can see why it’s only got 3.5 star but there were not many choices around the area anyway.
The only good thing was the only waiter that was there on 12/27 was nice and attentive and the food came soon enough so we still leave some tip even though we only ordered to go.

Stellar spot to get breakfast while staying at the hotel. We really enjoyed the incredibly friendly service and tasty meal. They were short staffed but the lady working was doing her best and was still making it all happen. Highly recommend!

DON’T GET CATFISHED if you think you’re getting a good deal but instead get something else.

Short story: came in at 6:06pm and 40 minutes later was told they ran out of catfish which they supposedly served at 6pm with only a handful of tables.

Food: Had the $19.99 AYCE catfish.
The first order took 30 minutes to arrive and consisted of 5 small pieces that barely cover the plate.
Second order: was told they had run out and no excuse or attempt from the server Lezly to offer a replacement until a manager was called.

Food was nothing to write home as the breading was tasteless and the cod replacement was more heavily breaded

Service: The table next to me had the same thing happen and that’s at 6:30pm.
The manager was barely apologetic and only offered to replace catfish with cod, which didn’t taste as good and wasn’t prepared as well.
I got one more order of cod and each time the wait was about 15 minutes despite the dining room serving less than 8 people.
I had to go to the front myself to pay as it had been 1.5 hours since I sat down and neither the server nor the manager came to check on me.

When I presented a coupon from the hotel, Lezly didn’t know how to process it, nor did 2 or her colleagues. A more helpful server taught them how to.

When paying cash, Lezly has the audacity of asking if I wanted my change back. You can guess that it wasn’t going to go towards tipping.

Atmosphere: while waiting, I had plenty of time to look around the big military flags on display in the dining room and they were more noticeable than any “rodeo” touches they put up.

A previous comment indicates that there’s been a change of management, so perhaps the latter just added the flags to the top of the walls to avoid repositioning the older far west-themed decisions decorations.

A great example of total customer service failure.

Facilities : There’s large gap in one of the men’s bathtub stall
