Overall everything was well done. The burger, what I use to judge all restaurants was good, but a bit dry. Could have used additional sauce or not quite as much time on the grill. Was still tasty.
The steak was cooked wonderfully and the garlic mash was delicious. We started with the cheese toast, which was delicious too, and ended with the crème brûlée after seeing the people beside order it.

I had an amazing dining experience at The Rock Restaurant Sushi Bar! The food was absolutely delicious — every piece of sushi was fresh, delicate, and beautifully presented. The chefs are truly passionate about their craft, and you can taste their dedication to quality in every bite.

Came on a weeknight for dinner and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is sharp and very welcoming. The staff are great. Friendly very kind and and helpful and take extremely good care of you. The food was fresh and very tasty. I got the ribeye which was huge but worth every single bite. A little overcooked for medium-rare but the flavor and quality made up for it bite for bite. I sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome and took very good care of me. Great service, great atmosphere, great food, and great pricing. Go give them a shot! Went back again! The food quality is perfect.

I called ahead regarding my food allergies and was assured they took allergies seriously, and she said she would make a note on our reservation. She was lovely and checked ingredients for what I was ordering and called me back. The bar was set very high for my visit.
I ordered what we discussed and the server had no idea there was anyone at the table with allergies when I mentioned it. Okay…off to an interesting start. Was able to do the burger Lettuce wrapped and have my onions fried and not flour coated. However my Cesar salad which I said no croutons no crispy capers and indicated again i have a gluten allergy, had several croutons in it. I luckily saw them before digging in but my disappointment and fear were real. But not wanting to make a scene i stayed quiet and I spent the entire meal wondering is anything I’m eating safe? Am I going to be sick? Where are my allergy meds should I need them. All it took was 3 croutons to ruin what otherwise would have been a great meal out. Luckily my allergies are not anaphylactic of nature as I would have much stronger feelings tonight.

We went out to celebrate my grandmothers birthday and we really weren’t wow’d by the extremely overpriced food. The fries are “home styled” not homemade which was a let down (again, considering the price) and we weren’t told that the seasonal vegetables included beets which was a problem for some at the table as it’s such a particular flavor that impacted other parts of the meal. However, I will say that the cheese bread was delicious. They were out of the Denver and another cut which was the cheapest on the menu for steaks so most of us didn’t try out the beef. It’s not a very ambient place but they did have a rose or two at the table which was a nice touch to the otherwise grey atmosphere. Our server was cheerful and kind. Probably won’t be going back as we can get better dishes at the Fish Exchange or the Keg.

Tamara was our server and she was excellent. We had multiple starters and delicious mains. Cocktails were excellent as well. Highly recommend any dish on the menu, every time we’ve been here it’s been a knock out of the park.

We went there for our anniversary. We both had the New York striploin. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed our sides as well. She had the loaded potato, I had the garlic mashed potatoes. Our only very minor complaint was that there wasn’t enough Veggies. We had dessert and coffee after our meal. The best part of our meal though was the great service. Jillian was the perfect server!

With our vacation winding down and staying at a hotel close to the airport, The Rock was next door! A huge shout out to Tamara, our sever. What a friendly person
and attentive. We ordered just appetizers that evening: tuna tartare and a spinach and goat cheese dip with a couple of beverages. We were so impressed with the service and food we went back on night #2. This night we had Jill look after us. We ordered oysters as an appetizer, steak, potato and all the trimmings with a scallop topper. We actually shared the steak, the servings are huge. I have to stay this is the place for steak!

The wagyu itself was good, but it was really salty, so salty that it made us question our life. Appetizers were much better than the main dishes. Steak was heavily carbonized, but the fish and chicken had no taste… Not worth the price.
